Served grey looking scampi that appeared raw inside. Upon complaining we were told that as the scampi contained gluten they did not fry the scampi and could only oven bake it. although we were not gluten intolerant. Good service however food is of very poor quality

Great selection of plants.Tills are very slow at the weekends.Dobbies has a Sainsbury's store which is great. Not so great when you are purchasing food and the till counters still have soil all over them from plants. This has occurred on numerous occasions.The staff should be clearing the till surface area before any food is put down at the counter. This puts me off doing my grocery shopping here.Invest in some good cleanliness, it will speak volumes to your customers.

Sorry but we were so disappointed again 😐 we have received emails and post offering us 20pc off everything and 2main meals on special offer until the end of February. However we have called in 3 times + and every time there have been problems with the kitchen and so no main meals (as advertised) available. We are Club members but to be honest we are seriously considering just giving up on this Dobbies centre. It used to be such a nice place to go for garden supplies + a nice lunch but sorry we just feel very disappointed and fed up which puts us off returning now.

A very comfortable spacious cafe, spoilt by the way its run.After spending 1/2 an hour queuing for a bite to eat, I was told,," sorry got no potatoes,got no fish,....."Why can't they display the shortages on a board and save everyone wasting their time in the queue.Oh , and ahead of me I heard customers being told " there is currently a 1/2 hr wait for your food" ??????????

Visited here with my mum and dad as they were in the area for the weekend. I liked the Mountain Warehouse and Cotton Traders stores and the main garden center was good. Prices seemed quite high and the cafe was craxy expensive. £2.10 for a can of Diet Coke !!! Rather than have a drink we left and went elsewhere.

The Rugby store had been refurbished and is a very pleasant place to eat and shop.

Rubbish since its changed. Cafe is bigger but noting much to look at like there used to be. Good for plants and children play area but nothing else. Cafe is good but too high in price and its cheaper,better in MCDONALD'S for a drink and food.I agree with other people saying its pointless going here.

Went with my daughters and grandchildren to visit Santa! Such a beautiful woodland walk grotto! Bc! We had a look around the shop! Had a lovely cappuccino in the coffee coffee shop! Lovely sofas!

What a lovely place! We met up with our children and grandchildren in the soft play area. I'd have spent longer there, but we still had a long way to go. Fish and chips were very tasty and plentiful. Served by very friendly staff.

Plants are massively overpriced but the main purpose of our visit is the soft play. It's a nice size for little children with the cafe directly next to it. There's a small dining area attached to the soft play with a large glass wall between the two, which means you can enjoy a drink and slice of cake while the kids play.Unfortunately the cake is always dry.It's nice to have a little walk round the shop afterwards. Was disappointed to see the works had gone on my last visit and felt there was less choice but still a nice way to pass an afternoon
