I ordered theCHICKEN HARI MIRCHI(Chicken cooked with fresh naga chillies, dry chillies an onions, cooked in a hot bhuna sauce. A very hot dish) with a lamb biriyani. The Lamb biriyani was very good hence a extra star but the special chicken hari mirchi was a total let down. For £12.95 dish it had to be nice and spicy. It was bland, the gravy was tasteless more like sweet. Missus who doesn’t like spicy food tried one bite and said taste sweet as well. The owner should check the food sometime in the kitchen to see if the description and food taste the same. Totally waste of money for me. Will not be returning.

Could do with some heating and a refresh. Service good, food same as any other, All ok

Absolute joke, don't deliver all the food you order and then when you ring up they say they will give you the stuff free next time so you end up without the food you actually ordered. Avoid completely if you want to enjoy your takeaway

Im not one for reviews but the chicken curry was flavourless, the poppadoms were stale and the delivery guy demanded us to pay him £1 for delivery at the door which we found confusing as it didn't say this when we ordered. He's lucky we even had a pound as we don't usually have loose change. We were happy to give it to him but maybe they should state this when you make the order. Won't be ordering from here again.

We've been ordering from Bombay Tandoori for over 10 years and always enjoyed the food. Meals are delivered hot, well cooked and portion sizes are generous. The food is fantastic and the staff very attentive and friendly.

Ordered online for collectionArrived to collect, they didn't know about the order and then we had to wait for it to be cooked. I was disappointed with the Aloo chat starter, it was potato in a sparse tomato based dressing, on a thin bread. Before it was chick peas in a rich spicy sauce on a thin bread which was my favourite starter. The description is the same. Also ordered garlic family naan, which was a cheese naan. Totally ruined the whole meal!Tried to phone but phonetics were busy.If we placed the order for delivery then we would probably be still waiting now.

Went in for curry, came out with a grimace. Vile service, complained about the butter chicken being mainly white and curdled with spots even when stirred - was told that is how it should look. Had to wait over half an hour inbetween dishes and had to repeatedly ask in between. Over all, disappointed, disgusted at the service and feel mislead by pricing. Set menu price has additional costs on everything other than poppadoms- which were soft and sparing.Wont be returning. Poor food, bad service, terrible restaurant.

Came across this hidden gem on the high street earlier this night. Coming from a South Asian background, this cuisine tasted like with what I'd expect from my mother's cooking and hence I was compelled to leave a review! Shout out to the chef for his culinary skills and the front of house for their outstanding hosting and hospitality! Definitely coming back again......

Been several times over the past few year. It's not like the posh Indian restaurants, spacious, modern etc. This place feels how an Indian restaurant should. I've not had a bad meal. Paid around the £18 mark for a pint, poppadoms, main with rice and a naan.
