I really wanted to give this place 5 stars, but it's just not there. The menu choice is good, and there is a lot of seating (including outdoor areas) with one half of the restaurant being in a kids area (soft play, game area, claw machine). The staff were brilliant, friendly to approach and helpful with queries and knowledgeable on using the tills and quick getting the drinks.Unfortunately the entire place is a bit worn out. Carpets are dirty and worn. Kids play machines (claw machine etc.) were out of order with old messages taped onto them. The soft play zone didn't look very clean, and was definitely dirty, old and worn. The food was also not quite up to standard. It was not terrible, but also not quite enjoyable. We also had a small piece of plastic (possibly cling film) in our toddler's drink, which was not great as he could have swallowed it.

I took my 2 nieces out for breakfast this morning, first we went to the Harvest but as they have literally stopped all you can eat breakfast except the cook breakfast which is the same price as it has been but all the extras have been taken off, and you have to pay extra if you want them. So we went to Brewers Fayre Rugby instead as all the girls wanted was pancakes and cooked breakfast I paid £9.50 for myself with the girls eating for free, we all really enjoy our food and the girls literally eat everything they could (especially the pancakes) with no restrictions on food or any added extra charges. So what would of cost me £40/£50 cost me £9.50 and everyone walked away happy 😊

Absolutely awful place stay well clear!! We went for a Sunday carvery yesterday and what food was out was burnt, the amount of meat that was put on my plate would not have been enough to feed my 9 year old, when I spoke to the supposed manager (emma) she didn't seem to care and was very rude and made me feel like it was my fault, so I left my plate on the side and got a refund and left and il never go back!! Absolute awful manager don't think charm school could help her attitude!!

Great tasting food, fair size portions. Bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Clean and tidy restaurant with very friendly and helpful staff

Took 1 hour 30 minutes to receive raw broccoli, a supposedly medium rare steak and salad. And then terrible service from the manager. Saw everyone around me complaining about the time the food came out.

We went as a party of ten for my nephew 7th birthday. We arrived and we're seated on the table was a list of around 10 unavailable menu items. We finished the meal which was OK apart from cold chips. We asked if vegan icecream was avalible and told it was but it wasn't the easiest to serve and didn't seem very keen on making it. Half way through the visit the soft play was closed for a private party. So the three children we're very bored. We had to ask for table to be cleared as we had been finished for 15minuets and no room to put puddings down. When mentioning about soft play being closed they said we should have been told.Poor service, poor food, won't go again.

I will let you know what the Christmas Day meal we have booked is like …..l was very disappointed when my sister received a call the other day saying we owed more money, actually she recital calls the first one said owed £4 the second one said £27,I was quite shocked because as far as I knew I had paid in full for us all.But apparently you pay extra for cauliflower cheese ( which I understand as that is not a traditional part of Christmas dinner) but pigs in blankets and POTATOES!.

Staff were pleasant.Kids meals were tiny, nowhere near enough to feed my 10 year old. Very disappointing.Adult meals were also on the small side, but tasted good. Desserts also weren't included in the "3 course" kids meals, as we didn't order them at the start, and no exception could be made.Service was very slow.We won't be going back.

Excellent service and food with spacious seating areas. Very large portions. Excellent 3 course kiddies menu. Kids loved the "build your own wraps" and bottomless sodas. Had a minor mix up with our bill otherwise would have given 5 stars. Overall very impressed.
