Costa Coffee in Rugby

Atmosphere was quite nice although i don't know how I felt about the food (image attached)

Had takeout drinks. Coffee almost cold.othwr coffee shops in town better value

Very good and quick service.

Visited in a quiet Sunday afternoon and ordered 2 red Berry coolers. Had to wait a while whilst they went and got change but not an issue as drinks were being made. The drinks were of poor standard they were very thin and sloppy not like the many I have had in the past from Costa. They had spilt and not wiped the cups so ended up super sticky. That disappointed they both ended up in the bin

I had a lovely hot chocolate with a single shot of espresso 😋.Friendly

Going down hill due to prioritising take out orders vs in store customers. They use to have great staff there but lately they keep changing around the staff members and leaving newly staff people on Service on their own trying to cope with the demands during busy periods. I hope they get it balanced out again soon otherwise I can see them losing customers to the coffee shop across from them or going to the other costa shop around the corner.

I'm generally a Costa lover but this one has let me down a bit, specially the staff attitude - they just seem to in the rush get rid of the customers rather than serving them.

My Coffee shop. Was part of my life before pandemic. walk - exercise at anytime - sit - work - coffee walk back. excellent staff makes an excellent place. I loved to work there too with the buzz around. Love it!!

Absolutely shocked at the mess outside. Bins and tables full of waste. And the staff either didn't understand it was a mess when told. Or they need a trained manager, to manage. The staff may have been tired but not very polite. You will not see me here again. And I will tell other to a void.

This place is relaxing and cosy with a nice atmosphere and ambience of jazz in the background.The food is clearly in date and tastes niceBut can be a bit better on presentationI have also noticed a Lack of social distancing but that can be sorted easly
