Crystal Chinese & Cantonese takeaway in Rugby

Always good food and polite service,I’ve been coming here for years and never had a bad meal.

I had my first takeaway from here on a recommendation and I'm pleased to say it was the nicest Chinese meal I've had for a long time.I'll be returning here to try more lovely food.I had a Beef Satay and Rice, it was delicious, the only one I've had where I could taste the peanut flavour. My Husband had the Chicken Chow mein, it was cooked with vermacelli rice noodles and was also very delicious, fresh and just a lovely flavour.

Always good food and good service. Never had a bad meal yet.

Really disappointed. Really poor wait times. We had been given a time to collect - and it was nearly an hour late. An hour!!! Thats not fast food!When making the second takeaway order tonight we made it clear that the first order was an hour late - but obviously we and Crystal haven't learnt from this. Really, really disappoint. If you state a time - stick to it guys - dont keep your customers waiting for an hour while you are still cooking it.Would I recommend? The food is good. The customer service/wait time is terrible. So no - I wouldn't. Reader - look elsewhere, until this is fixed Crystal can tell their clients a realistic pick-up time then its a waste of everyones time!

Always a delicious meal! Wish I could use card, but that's not enough to drop a star. Food is great!

You'd by very hard pressed to find a better chinese takeaway anywhere in the region. The food is as tasty as it comes, the staff are very friendly, and you wont be kept waiting long for your order. They are very reasonably priced (they only take cash)

Excellent takeaway , waited until we've had 5 family meals to review.... tried various dishes , all have been lovely , real clean and fresh taste and you don't feel heavy and thirsty afterwards

Seems quite popular, as in repeat customers being there, however, we bought several dishes, and, frankly, they pretty much all tasted the same. None was noteworthy.We will not be going back despite living locally.

Surprise to find good Chinese food here !Closed on Tuesdays.

Just about the best Chinese takeaway in the area. I have been using the Crystal for many years and the quality of the food has always been fantastic. They also offer fast service, even during busy times I have never had to wait longer than about 15 minutes. The only down side is they don't offer a delivery service.
