Dilruba Restaurant in Rugby

Worst meal ever. Food bland, visually unappealing and poor flavour. Chicken had clearly been sat around a while in heater as was stewed. Service not good. Amateur all round. We don't need this place in Rugby as there are allready too many better options for curry.

Recently changed management, awful food, undercooked naan breads and congealed yogurt dip. Was the same both times. Thought we would give it the benefit of the doubt the last time, as it was new owners and it used to be our favourite restaurant. It’s a shame we won’t be visiting again.

Placed an order online for collection which included a vegan dish.Once I took it home and started eating the 'vegan' dish I discovered it was in fact chicken. I was not happy having been a vegetarian for over 30 years. I called to complain and was told that they didn't have the vegan option and offered to refund the cost of the dish. I agreed but after almost 24 hours and 3 phone calls I am still waiting for the refund.

Ok meal. Service was poor. Starters plonked in front of us, main course cutlery tossed on table. It felt as though we were interrupting the waiter's sit down. Unsure whether we will he back.

We ordered a takeaway, it arrived ahead of the estimated time, the delivery guy was very friendly and the food was absolutely beautiful, and plenty of it. The nicest Indian we've had in a long time. We will definitely be ordering again. 5*****

Poor food. Ordered some Fish, it was A few cubes of white Fish in a sauce of one coulor, no sign of veg, worse than curry sauce from a jar. Wasn't even hot as it started in menu. I Ate much better take aways

Food is really tasty but decor, atmosphere and service need a lot of improvement. Tasty food is good starting point so do a bit more work on improving the dining experience and you will get 5* from me.

I had the mixed tandoori . the cubes of meat were spot on , the ckicken leg had either been picked at before hand or starved to death. The lamb was too hard to cut through, as was the kebab. But the staff were friendly and welcoming and the rest of the family seemed happy with theirs.

Superb as usual.The only Indian restaurant and take away we us when passing through Rugby.Food always piping hot, including the take away, freshly prepared and delicious to eat. The staff always friendly, polite and helpful and the presentation of the restaurant immaculately laid out and clean.Would highly recommend to anyone that enjoys Indian food.

Sadly, I live 3 hours away. If it was closer, I'd be there regularly. Some slightly different dishes from the normal Indian restaurant. The one I had was excellent plus a superb starter. Good value. Attentive staff.
