Great Wall Chinese Rugby in Rugby

I have been ordering from Season for around a year now & I would never go anywhere else! The staff are so friendly & accommodating everytime. They have even gone out of their way to call me to see if I wanted my order earlier & they just know how to do customer service right, even down to the politeness of the delivery drivers. Additionally, the delivery time has always been extremely quick, it has never been late. To top all of this off, the food is fantastic! It always tastes fresh, always arrives hot & never disappoints. Lastly, I have asked to amend certain dishes in the past as well, which they have always been lovely about & willing to do what they can, though this was done direct through their ordering app (Season) as there is a "notes to chef" on there. I HIGHLY recommend as I would never go elsewhere now 👌🏼

I was recommended to try Season, and tonight had my first takeaway from them.I was immediately impressed by level of customer service while ordering- They were incredibly polite and friendly. In person it was again very warm and friendly when I collected which I appreciated : )I was very glad to say the food lived up to the expectations that I had, it was absolutely delicious-In my opinion it’s the best Chinese takeaway I’ve tried in Rugby, and I general it was a very high standard to any Chinese takeaway I’ve tried.We ordered a lot of different meals tonight and I actually couldn’t not find fault whatsoever- each one was very tasty and we definitely will be coming back!Would highly recommend them, wish I’d found them before!!Many thanks

What a shame about the service and quality of the the food we received.Was told that the delivery would be approx 1hr.It was delivered 30 mins late which didn't bother me too much as it's normally worth waiting for.The whole order was cold .The chips were disgusting and had to be binned.i had to reheat the curries and king prawn meal.The quality just wasn't there .so I rang them straight away and explained what happened but was told that someone will definitely call me that night.Nobody rang and after finding a Chinese takeaway so close to home and being impressed by the first 2 orders its a shame.Don't know if I will order again but if I did I would collect instead of having to wait for cold food .Update.owner has been in touch and apologized and explained about the delivery problems.

‘Season’ is the best Chinese takeaway I’ve ever been to. The staff are very polite and friendly when entering. They have a wide range of dishes available from their fantastic menu; which are always cooked fresh and to a very high standard. Their food is delicious! I cannot recommend any other Chinese takeaway to order food from; a must visit take away!

Stumbled across this Chinese as our usual one was closed. All the food was amazing plentiful and good value - they even chucked in prawn toast and prawn crackers. Will definitely be back

Never had a bad meal from here on meal always hot and fresh,lcan only recommend it, the free sample of salt and chilli fish tonight was really nice but a little less salt perhaps 👍

Very disappointed, warned them i am allergic on seafood and fish. Orderder pork ball. Get home had a nite it prawn ball. Thanks GOd quick reaction didnt swalow. Manage dont get bad. Comunication or language issue i could get to hospital or worse. Never ever ahain risk my life.

Really disappointed, I ordered online and was told the food would arrive at 6.50. To my surprise it arrived only 15 minutes after placing the order. Like a fool I took the food only to realize it was old food that had been reheated!! Even the sweet and sour sauce was an odd brownish color, and in there rush to reuse food from the previous day, the sweet and sour king prawn balls became chicken!! I really hoped that I had found a good local takeaway but clearly I have not. I binned my £28 order and a lesson learnt !!
