Great value. Good service. Menu options and deals are decent. Can't fault. Regular visitor.

If you want a good ice cream,waffle or crepe this is the place. They have so many to choose from that you would want all of them in the same time. Clean place and nice atmosphere. Totally recommend it.

The staff brought out the wrong dessert which wasn’t an issue but the waitress was extremely apologetic and offered to bring an extra dessert. We said that it was fine but she came back anyway with a mini version of the dessert we originally ordered and was super polite the whole time.

Throughly disappointing, never been before never going back and I love deserts. Their soft serve ice cream not working so no Sundaes, milkshakes or as a side with any of offering. When asked if any of the premium ice creams were offered or discounted as a substitute a very blunt no from uninterested staff. Poor service and limited menu so disappointing, what a shame!

Person serving us seemed abit moody had dirty hands when she served us and kept staring at me and my husband so not too pleasant but I ordered a lovely cheesecake and that was okay bit cold but nice. Decor could be modernised looks abit American and I hate trump so not a good combo also there was an overwhelming smell me and my beloved hubby couldn’t tell what it was but smelt like gone off milk 🥛 so overall food was nice but abit cold but nice so recommended it to no one but cheesecake was nice though ❤️❤️xxxxxxxxxx

No soft scoop ice cream, no New York cheese cake, refuse to replace soft scoop with normal ice cream… when we asked why, they simply answered “it’s not our problem, if you want it you have to pay extra for it”Rude staff and clearly did not care for the business or customer care. Absolutely rubbish! Poor experience.

On walking in 4 members of staff sitting in one of the booths on their phones, chatting and laughing , not a great first impression for the customer.Told to take a seat at table 9 , no option to choose own seating. Menu on the table but given no indication if it was waitress service or if you had to go to the counter to place order. I remained seated and watched what another customer did then approached the two staff members behind the counter.There was no customer service to speak off , staff member made no eye contact and appear very rude , only speaking to ask if I was paying on card , again no indication if I was to wait for items ordered or if the staff bring them to the table .After 10 minutes my order arrived served by a young girl , no verbal communication from her just plonked it on the table and walked away.I had ordered a coffee and cake , the coffee was kuke warm and the cake was extremely dry tasted as though it had been left in the counter for a good few days. Hence j left majority on the plate and left.This was my first visit and from the experience I received will definitely be my last

Rudest staff member of anywhere I have ever been to. I gave my order and she didn't understand what I had asked for so I said it again and she actually tutted, rolled her eyes and sighed. She then deliberately looked bored and yawned loudly. I was so upset I didn't end up ordering anything for myself, just the kids. Ruined a family outing and my birthday. We will NOT be back. The only girl in pink with the blue hair net needs sacking.

dessert? Kaspa's it is. 🤗. had the bueno waffle and it was delightful but warning it is heavy. would be nice to have options for smaller portions. however 5 out 5 😋

Tasty crepe and waffle, good experience, cool diner style interior. Exceptionally busy on a Friday afternoon so had a long wait to get a table and not very organised system of queueing to get a table but the staff tried hard.
