MAIA in Rugby

This is what I'd imagine an authentic Italian experience would feel like, apart from the weather. The staff seem nice. Gelato is amazing.

If you want authentic Italian coffee and gelato/ice cream MAIA is the best choice in Rugby. The staff are very friendly and we always have a good experience whenever we go there. The italian cappucino is my favourite, the best in town. Highly recommended!

Don’t get me wrong the ice cream is amazing other dishes I presume are also good but the biggest let down was the hygiene of the spoons. I ordered a Sundae and the first spoon that I got was completely dirty. You could see the grime after the previous people. Huge let down.

Kids' food heaven - we had ice cream sundaes and crepes, good coffee (except the decaf seemed to be instant), but best of all, a play area to keep kids occupied while parents and carers can have 5 minutes peace.

Popped in here as a quick treat for my kids, and the ice creams are incredible. The scoops are large and the flavours are magnificent.As an added bonus, my dairy-intolerant wife was able to choose from 3 different dairy free ice creams too.

One extra star for friendly staff. 3.30£ for 60% full cup of iced coffee??! Nearly half of it was ice.. Price like Starbucks, size very small and not a best taste.. New place, expected better!
