McDonald's in Rugby

Not happy, went around the drive thru 2 times nice staff they were friendly but stingy, I asked for loads of sauce and I got 1 , which wasn’t enough for my chips 🙁 my child was bugging me about sauce so I had give her mine ,not pleased 😒also the caramel frappe was Icy and because of this was un-drinkable as the ice was getting stuck in the straw😠

Fairly quick drive through service, I do find the chips go cold quick and the coffee us excellent value

American obesity, right into your mouth. Not a bad taste. Not a good taste. A little like clean overalls on a sunny Sunday afternoon. Sometimes you have to wash your mouth out with soap, other-times with Sainsbury's petrol station petroleum.Two stars might seem harsh. But the truth doesn't lie: McDonalds just isn't that good.Final statement. The door isn't big enough for their target audience.

I ordered from just eat last night. Nobody came to deliver my food, on my app it had said delivered. I called the store straight away to be met by laughing. The lady said she had just sent the order out now. An hour and a half passed so I called again. The young lady on the phone hung up on me, so I called again. She put me on hold and hung up a further four times. She then said she could not help me and to ring just eat. I said this wasn’t good enough. She refused to give me her name. The last phone call was on Friday 26th February 2022 at 18:56. I would also like someone to contact me with the complaints procedure, to take this higher. It is the second time this has happened in the last 2 months, I feel like they are scamming people out of money. Another £14 out of pocket. Disgraceful service and interaction with a consumer who used their services often at one stage.

Hit and miss. Sometimes been a good experience but on a recent visit (29.01.22), the food received was completely sub-standard and had to be replaced. See attached photos of what they tried to pass off as Big Macs.

I've found a hair in my food 3/10 times I've been here. They were quite visible, what about the other times, when they may have been hidden or not noticeable? I've received warm orange juice here, Tropicana ones, where it should be in the fridge. I wouldn't really go to this location anymore, the one on Evreux way is slow, but much better than this one.

Very poor experience this evening at junction one Mcdonalds. Firstly my coffee arrived at my table stone cold. Next my daughter opened her chicken nuggets to find 5 instead of 6. My other daughter recieved half a milkshake, My double quarter pounder with cheese was barely warm. It is sad that since catering to uber eats and deliveroo and other food service apps that the service recieved by the walk in customers has been devastated and it feels like you are not a valued customer now, just merely an after thought.

Ordered food for the grandchildren. Via Uber the order was not complete missing food and drinks . Called McDonald’s to get a sorry but cannot do anything unless I want to go out to pick up another order however I cannot take three children all under 8 . There other solution was to reorder and pay again and then wait 7 days for a full refund . Went through Uber to get a refund of 1:05 for missing two meals of ten pounds what a joke the attitude of the manager was what do you want me to do either come out and pick up food or go through Uber . Great customer service not

This place is fine if you go through the drive thru- but be warned, if you order for delivery, they never get the order right, and always forget items. I’ve used other McDonald’s and they manage to deliver all of the food I’ve paid for, but this one doesn’t. They need to sort it out ASAP, won’t be using them again, fed up with received half an order!

Usual McDonald's.Could be a bit better though.The floor inside was really slippery as it seems it was cleaned with only water.Toilets also were not clean and had no paper.Fast service though and staff helpfull.
