Prices for drinks are steep, £3.50 for a can of carling? £12 for 18 cans in tesco. Decor is sparse at best. The servings of food are minimal and have reduced from what they served pre pandemic.The lady who serves is very good and polite. If orderering for home delivery, be aware that the 'half hour-45 mins' delivery time can mean an hour to an hour and a half....when you ring to say why? You get an answer from the owner of well, we were busy....not good enough on that front really. Food quality ok.

Some food excellent and some over cooked, good service with basic surroundings.We will return!

I have always ordered from New Regent, family favourite. But the takeaway I received last night was cold and inedible. Won't be ordering again.

Just ordered for 65 people, and despite the huge quantity, they were able to produce great food! The staff are very friendly, kind, and hard-working, I am certain, after living in Rugby for 5 years, that this is the best, most authentic, Chinese restaurant in the town, with amazing value for money. I highly recommend this place.

Not been for ages, but lovely to go back and enjoy their excellent value "All you can eat" menu.

Amazing Chinese restraunt. Food was great, service was friendly and welcoming, very grateful for the tip, wonderful people. Some of the best Chinese I've had, and somewhat authentic. They even deliver! Definitely going to be a customer again.

Ordered sweet and sour pot of sauce was about 5th full, hardly any beef in the beef chow mein or mushroom. In the the fried rice. Won't be ordering again. Did complain about the sauce and was sent a large pot. The waiter I spoke to was really nice too.

Absolutely appalling service. Ordered at 7pm quoted 8pm delivery. Waited another 20 minutes and it had not arrived. I rang the restaurant and advised really busy so sorry another 20 minutes plus a delivery time of 15 minutes to fo a mile. Complained severely as it only takes 15 minutes to walk. They rang back said sorry will veveith you at 9pm. So taken 2 hours and now after 9pm and still not arrived. Don't order food if you are hungry

Food wasn't delicious at all, food was tasteless and cold. I had to throw in a bin my ordere.Delivery driver was angry and agresive after I asked him why he brings food in hand not in termobag. Never ordering from here anymore

Amazing restaurant. Tasty food and brilliant, attentive staff. The all you can eat if very good value. Will definitely be returning in the future. Thanks for a great night!
