Papa John's Pizza in Rugby

Purchased 2 medium pizzas for £21 only to turn up to collect and see a sign for a large pizza for £7.99, asked for the better deal only to be laughed at by the staff.Ok won’t be back here again , and to top it off the pizza with not great, very greasy.

Papa John's used to be my favorite vegan pizza when I was living in Daventry. Now I've tried it in Rugby and it's completely disgrace for the company. Before I thought that the pizza is expensive but it's all because it's so tasty. The pizza ordered from Rugby had a lot less toppings and very little vegetables even tho i ordered garden party and I've added also jalapeno which wasn't even noticeable at all. The pizza was very greasy and full of oil. It was hard to even eat and it had no taste at all. Tasted like a one week old pizza which was reheated with a bucket of oil. The frozen pizza from tesco taste better than this with at least 1/3 of the price.

It was first and last time ordering pizza from this place! Seems they have issues with hair loss as I found hair inside a piece (it was also the case in other people's reviews). It seems that there are no health and safety measures taken for food hygiene at all!!! Also the bbq pizza had an awful taste like rubber! The garlic sauce was not garlic either was like melted butter sauce! Eew!

They get the order wrong EVERY single time we get food there. You literally have 1 job - make the pizza the customer ordered.Apparently, it's too difficult to read the order properly.

Incredibly disappointed at our experience this time, not the usual standard we're used to- 0 toppings on the 2 x Garden Party we ordered on Fri 25th Feb. I took some pics to show details.

Very oily and greasy pizza and garlic sauce tasted more like butter! It was one of the only places open at 1am new years eve though and did the job. The £15 pizza, Side and Drink deal was a good deal too

Ordered 50/50 pizza with cheese and onion and garden party(veg) got 1/3 garden party toppings . Veg toppings was very less compare to the normal standard of this company. Pizza was tasty but I am not happy with the half and half options, you guys can call it 70/30 . The XXL pizza was for two person. You guys left one person unsatisfied. I will add the photo please zoom in if you think I am not right

We ordered vegan pizza and has bacon and chicken on it. What I can't believe is this is second time. Someone must be doing it deliberately. So disappointing. Will never order from here again.
