Pepe's Piri Piri in Rugby

Last time we're ordering from here. Had been back previously despite orders being wrong in the past (wrong chips, no chips, wrong meal entirely, but trust a chicken restaurant to spice it up I guess) because we expected these to be occasional mistakes, or human error. Tonight we ordered two meals and both chips are missing, they inform us that for either a refund or to receive the rest of our meal, we need to drive back to the restaurant. Rest of the food is going cold at this point and they eventually agree to deliver the fries. When they arrive, it's only one out of two fries. They refuse to send the second until there's a delivery 'going that way'. Apparently you no longer take priority as a customer once they've received your money.With their attention to detail and consistently messing up orders, they really ought to just save everyone's time and just serve one meal on the menu called pot luck. The outcome is the same, but at least there'll be less complaints from customers.It's a win win, Pepe's.

Very poor food missing when rang told they had photo evidence all food was placed in bag when we went to the shop asked to see evidence told they cant see it for 24 hours totally lied to our face wouldnt use these again

Awful. When I wanted to order food for my 9 tear old daughter I asked for a chicken steak burger but it was bitten out of and it smelt of fish.I asked for peri peri fries but I got Normal ones. THE WORST THING WAS I HAD TO WAIT 1 HOUR FOR IT!!

Ordered food for delivery. The food was cold, chips and other food was missing. The delivery guy missed drink out but later returned with just a can saying it was in his car. This place is terrible. Rang to get missing items delivered and lady said on way but nothing arrived. Never use this place

"Food was Stone cold, food missing, 45minutes late.. rang to ask if there was a updateon our food…. lady answered & was so rude sothat made me question if our food had evenleft as they stated! Came 45 mins late.. stonecold, we ordered child's meal too.. the wholelot was not edible wouldn't even feed it mydog, shame really because your company inother towns was perfect! Food was missingalong with drinks... Definitely wouldn't NOTrecommend.. if you want to waste your moneythen this is the place for you! 🤢

This is the second time my food has been late, we’re now at 1hr 15mins for a sodding paneer rice box ordered at 1pm on a monday afternoon.The lady they have answering the phone cannot speak english which made just placing the order a mission.I would go elsewhere for your food!

The food might be good but the service has to be the most terrible and disappointing I've had to deal with in any takeaway! Make sure you ask the guy at the till if he's actually put your order in cause he'll take your money and forget to order the food! Such useless staff and it takes 15 minutes for 1 small burger!

My second order with this fabulous variety flavour chicken takeaway in Rugby:- the 1st order over a month ago was the 18 chicken wing platter in lemon & coconut. Wow utterly irresistible! Amazing flavour, arrived piping hot & perfectly cooked. As I'm visiting Rugby again my taste buds were a fluttering again so.... Yep placed my second order tonight, first looked at the menu on just eat & decided on the chicken wings again but wanted to try their other flavours there was only set choices on the app so I called them with my request of 28 chicken wings split into thee flavours (lemon & coconut,mango & lime,lemon & herb) end result again fabulous order came with flavoured dips & was piping hot. Even more impressive is the fact that the wings came in three separate sealed packs with a label so I could pick from each one. On the website there are some negative comments, but I have to state from my own experience twice I can't give anything but 5× for service/quality/taste/delivery. Will I return? Oh yeah😘👌👍

Amazing food and the staff are always really helpful and communicate well with customers.
