Prezzo in Rugby

Thank you so much to Paige and your Manager for fitting a large party in for our belated Christmas lunch. Your attentive service and friendly manner made our lunch even more pleasant.

In 17th of April 2022, I ordered in the restaurant a deep fried mozzarella and a calzone, the staff was nice and the food was good, but then vomited all night, after leaving the restaurant. I believe I was food poisoned, and I hope next time someone takes control in the kitchen. Either way, I will never go back anymore.

Fabulous tasty food. Friendly and attentive service. Will definitely be back.

We went a week ago for my father in law’s birthday. We were a big table and even though it might be stressing the waitress welcomed us with a big smile and was lovely. The food was great but the service was even better. Definitely coming back!

Don't bother. Dreadfully understaffed, long wait for food, then mains appeared instead of starters. One main lukewarm. What a shambles! Shortage of staff not a valid excuse; should turn people away they can't cater for. Staff were, however, polite and apologetic. Won't be going here again.

We visited as Grandaughter was celebrating her birthday. Place clean, staff very friendly and food quality good at a fair price. Well worth the visit. Cerys served us and was an excellent example of the way service should be given.

Lovely food , I just don't like having the service charge added on to the bill. Its my choice and I shouldn't be shamed into paying it or embarrassed to say no &if i don't want to pay you for doing the job you get paid for its my choice . The price of the food is not the cheapest so they must have enough to pay staff properly.

Pleasant enough.Food was good.Staff were helpful.We had the set menu which was still OK but lots more choices on the main menu .

I ordered a gluten free pizza through Just Eat tonight!! When the food arrived I was given a chicken pizza! This wouldn’t been to much of a problem but I can’t guarantee whether it will be gluten free or not!!! When I rang Prezzo to complain they basically said that I have to sort it out myself!!! I managed to work out how to get a refund through just eat!! I didn’t get an apology through Prezzo though!! I will give them the benefit of the doubt because I am awaiting another pizza and I wasn’t charged for it just for a small delivery charge!! I don’t normally have a problem with Prezzo so hopefully it’s just a one off

Went as a group of 6-adults. An all round pleasant experience. Food was good as was service. The restaurant had made a real effort for Halloween and was decorated throughout. Servers had all dressed up too...👍👍One downside the alcohol free beer was awful, please change it to a better variety.
