Rojin Mexican Takeaway in Rugby

Didn't feel the take away represented good value for money. Spicey lamb meatballs with rice was £8.50 - only 3 small meatballs and chimichanga was flat and soggy. Still feel hungry so won't order again, shall opt for a Chinese or Indian in future.

I like Mexican, so when seen this, thought I would give there chilli a try! What can I say, more like Bolognese with a few beans throne in , don't think it has seen a chilli, had a korma hotter than there chilli, so definitely won't be going back!

I like the Rojin. I keep going back. It is not the highest cuisine. A lot of its fillings are pre cooked and reheated, But the flavour is still there, it's filling and it's not going to break the bank. My expectations for the cost has always been met.

Food always tasty and hot, good portions. Staff always polite.

The food was not what I expected. I was expecting authentic, flavourful Mexican food that was not smothered in cheese. It was very bland. The burritos did not contain refried beans as stated on the menu and instead they were soggy and clearly not grilled as described on the menu. much to my dismay the star ingredients of both the burritos and chimichangas were huge hard pieces of chicken and an excessive amount of sweetcorn.The food was was disappointing least to say.On a positive note the staff were friendly and nice.

If, when you order a burrito in a Mexican takeaway, you expect it to look and taste like a Mexican burrito, Rojin, I’m afraid, is not for you. If, however, your idea of a burrito is a wrap solely filled with frozen diced vegetables cooked in a spicy sauce and then smothered in cheese and grilled, then get ready to be happy. The refried beans which the menu assured me were a component of the Rojin veggie burrito were nowhere to be seen, alas. Maybe the other menu items are more authentic. I won’t be going back to find out.

Worst mexican i have ever had. Tried it once before and it was poor a few years back and thought i would give it another chance- big mistake. Opened at 5 and picked my order up at 5.30- thinking it would be freshly cooked, but i was wrong. The fries were soggy and the nachos were dreadful. If you can't do nachos properly we are in trouble. Chimmichanga was burnt, but actually tasted ok. Very disappointed and will not be going back for a third time.

Nice food, but I had to breakout the hot sauce because the spicy chimichanga was very mild. But like Indian takeaways they could be tailoring the spice level to their regulars

I'm glad it exists as Mexican food in England is hard to come by. I had a burrito served Texas style (no salad, smothered in cheese necessitating eating with utensils). I prefer California style (everything inside, can be eaten on the go, like a wrap).

Not so good. Been a while since been here but tonight 4 meals completely lacking in spicy description. Lacking also in japelenos which were meant to be 3 of our meals. Enchildas a real disappointment. Tasted like chicken and baked beans cause that's exactly all that was in it.
