Ruby Express in Rugby

The most delicious Chinese takeaway that I have found here, and they do an excellent selection of vegetarian meals - too often vegetarian options in other places are just various vegetables in sauces, however here you can choose from that or tofu or mock chicken/duck, and they taste really good too! This is the only Chinese takeaway that I order from in Rugby.

I deliver fresh produce to these, they are very nice and friendly, and clean, they cooked me food for my troubles, and it was very nice

1st visit and I'm coming back. I had vermicelli noodles and crispy chicken wings. I was surprised at the choice of container for the noodles but it worked well, kept them hot. The portion sizes are very generous, thoroughly enjoyed it.

great food and staffs. Another regular customer! Will definitely revisits every other days now.

Lovely food, nice and hot. Definitely use again.

Lovely takeaway. Food is always hot and the delivery is always on time. There is a wide variety of food served there (there's Malay, Thai and Chinese). Price is very good and portions are generous and the quality of the food is outstanding. Fast service with a smile, there's a kind lady serving at the counter, any request I make is always correct sorry because I'm a picky person. Having a chat with the lady she had explained to me that when they are quite busy they only serve walk in customers and phone orders meaning that we are more prioritised. I like the fact that they are a small family run take away. :)

Child slavery at its finest!!!!!!Ordered a 255 ended up with a 2 fried rice!Took our order back and complained to them, to be accused of shouting at her child which we never did!!She then said her daughter wasn’t working for her who is 11 by the way! The same daughter who put our order through the till and took my money! For the mother to then shout at me in front of other customers!!!Customer service absolutely shocking will never order from there again...... SUPER WOK JUST DOWN THE ROAD MY NEW CHINESE with great customer service

Probably one of the nicest Chinese meals I've ever had! Shame I'm not local or I'd buy from here always but this was the most delicious food! Lovely friendly service, great staff, extremely clean, cooked fresh and easy to park near by! One of best I've tried thanks!

Sorry, but just 2 (. I order prawn soup, but bring me mushroom soup, the same situation with chicken. And it's not tasty. I know to mane place with better and cheaper food in Rugby.Delivery for 40 min .

Very good! The food was wonderful and very tasty, and the fried foods were not greasy; and the batter on fried foods was not thick and pancaked. It tasted like "clean food", and well done. No stomach trouble or gurgling afterwards;)Prices and amounts are good and delivery was reliable and on time. I will only order from Ruby Express for Chinese delivery.
