Snappy Tomato Pizza in Rugby

We ordered the Wild West Barbeque pizza this evening. Wow, it was delicious and dare say perfect. You stand on the podium in gold medal position. Thanks guys.

Just received 2 pizzas and side wings. The wings and 1 pizza burnt to a crisp! The other pizza had little taste to it. I expected a much better experience but got dealt a disaster

Ordered 3 medium pizzas, dough was raw, cheese was tasteless and there was no sauce. The pepperoni was raw and the pizza itself was chewy. Not to mention one of them had a hair on!!! Disgusting, disgrace and I will not be coming back. My friend has been sick and I’ve requested a full refund.. let’s see how long that takes.

as I can’t reply to the comment you followed through after my review I’ve had to write a new review and ive given it two stars as u did reply so thanks, however.. demanding a refund, I asked for a refund politely never demanded?! so we’ll forget about that one yeah? And About the ‘high temperatures’ saying the hair wouldn’t withstand it kinda implying It was planted on the pizza by me or my friends, well we’ll go back to the fact the dough (on each pizza) was chewy and the pepperoni wasn’t cooked,so I don’t know if that’s just me but that implies the temperatures on you cookers aren’t as high as you may think, may want to get that checked out...And about eating most of the pizza, 6 of us and three pizzas, exactly 5 slices were eaten of the pizzas, 2 from the custom, 1 big slice from the pepperoni and and 2from the meat fest which was the deconstructed to get a better look on that silly excuse for a pizza. I sense a high amount of aggression in the reply I got which I can’t tell if its guilt or just the personality of the owner creeping in, either way don’t try and be smart in the words you use trying to demise me I know what I ate and I had to speak on it, I will be waiting on a refund. Thanks

Horrendous service, will never order from here again, made my order online and it didn't arrive after 90mins, phoned and was told it would be another 10mins and when that didn't arrive I rang again only to be told it would be another 5 mins. Told them not to bother. Then the following day at 11.30am I was sent an email to say my pizza was on its way, good one guys only ordered it at 7.30pm the day before. Best to stay clear and order from Dominos or Papa Johns.Thanks for the response I had already emailed and your response was a 10% discount off my next pizza. Needless to say I won't be using this offer as 1 I have vouchers for 50% off pizzas come through my door once a day and 2 i am doubtful it would even turn up.

After regrouping with childhood friends, we decided to enjoy a graceful time by having pizza. We were suprised at the fact that the prices were low. Clearly inflation is a word this franchise knows nothing about. Once I tasted the legendaryness, I came to understand why it was so cheap. It is awful. I found a hair in my pizza and I don't remember hair being a topping on the pizza. I didn't ask for a soggy base, chewy crust, and dog. I thought dog was only a home town special. As brexit is coming up, I suggest not ordering from here simply because the NHS is too expensive. It would cost a fortune to extract what chemicals and bacteria has been growing on this pizza.

Ordered a pizza through their app for delivery. 15 mins later had an email rating chat pizza is ready for collection, called Them to say that i want delivery, Lady on the phone was very rude telling ne not to shout, although she couldn't understand what I am saying. Called 50 mins later a guy answered and without asking for my address said is on the way and hang up, 30 mins later my wife called, the lady answered again and had a big argument with my wife, hand the phone. After 2 hours we don't have pizzas which we paid with a card!
