Spice Lounge in Rugby

Ordered 3 different meals. Each of us was extremely impressed. Have been to Indian restaurants far and wide and this one is among the best.

Initial welcome was a little under whelming ( I guess the very big party already seatedwas to blame).But from when we were shown to our seats to leaving the staff were very attentive and friendly.Poppadoms and condiments were all fresh and food was very good.Highly recommend and will definitely be back 🍛🍛😋😋

A family member spoke very highly of a dining experience that they had, so thought I'd try a takeaway.Very disappointed with the quality of the meal for the price paid, in particular the texture of the masalla sauce, which was more like a paste.Unfortunately I won't be trying it again.

Very nice food. Had to wait a fair while after starters but mains were very good. Service was fair.

Polite and swiftly saw to everyone coming through the door. 5/5.Reasonably priced.Only a few parking spaces directly outside but plenty just around the corner.Had a Madras. It was what I consider the right amount of heat. Naan was not as HUGE as other places but enough.

Place has been refurbished but the food is nothing special

Booked a table for 6 of us for 7pm on a Saturday night, by 9.15pm we were still waiting for main courses. When we asked we were told they'd be another 20 minutes. Meanwhile a huge amount of take away orders were being cooked and handed over/delivered. We gave up waiting and left. Don't expect to wait 2.5 hours for food. Popadom and starters we're nice - can't comment on curry, nan breads, rice as we didn't get to try them.

Really enjoyed it with some friends for Christmas. Had the Wednesday night deal - a starter, Main, rice or nan, and a side, for a fixed price - and all was great. Only slight issue is that the lamb is mutton and pretty tough. Staff were really friendly. Cobra on tap.

Went here with the family. The staff could not have been more lovely. Super kind to our children. My 5year old recommends the chicken makhani. She said it was sweet and perfect without too spicy. I thought the Bengal chicken was amazing. So is the chana masala, it's fantastic.
