Stop Waffling in Rugby

Staff are always friendly and service is good. This is my favourite place in rugby for cookie dough its not as sickly as some other placed are. I've enjoyed the food each time we've visited. We also get takeaways from here and are never disappointed, the food is always delivered within the allotted time

No choice but to give 1 star. Wouldn’t give any if it were possible. Ordered through the just eat app and it took almost 2 hours to get our order, absolutely disgraceful and completely unnecessary and unprofessional, we only ordered 2 waffles and 2 milkshakes!!Will not be ordering from here ever again.Do not order from here...AVOID!

Shocking delivery times, shocking customer service. Lies down the phone. First and last order. Wish I could give them zero stars.

No point looking at the opening hours as when we arrived they were closed. The actual food there is good when we have had it previously
