Nice place. Good range of ales. Bright and airy inside. Tables outside the front and back. Food looks good. Is a ramp for infirm people or wheelchairs. Not really a car park though. Holds about 2. But is a good carpark behind The Benn Hall and only 5mins walk away. Xx

Very nice meal, good service and nice surroundings. Extensive menu, and roast dinner for £9. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Absolutely fantastic atmosphere for the 60th Birthday party I attended. Staff couldn't do enough and tables were cleared so quickly. Garden was a great size with enough room for a fance floor and plenty of tables. Would definitely encourage anyone to book a function here. The cold food provided was lovely, the hot food wasn't to my taste unfortunately. I prefer well done meat. Other than that, top marks for staff, cleanliness and atmosphere. Gardens are also well kept.

Food and drinks were really good and served within reasonable time. Staff were lovely. Will be going back at some point for another go

Excellent Divine Dine or a super filling meal. Drinks are spot on.Enjoyed my visit January 22.Same exact perfect service. Even better meat was perfect temperature, succulent juicy, fresh vegetable parcels superb chefs blinding service.

Loved it, food was great I had a chicken bacon baguette with side of chips which were cooked perfectly crispy outside and very fluffy inside, Onion rings very crispy, the staff, great service and was very friendly, would definitely come back 😋

Really nice Brie and cranberry baguette, no issue with taking the bacon out. Food was obviously freshly made as bread was warm and brie was delicious. Nice relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Six of us met for lunch and all had different things, it looked really nice.

Went for a lunch.... Service was initially slow, felt like we were being ignored despite asking two members of staff we were ready to order... Both said give us a few minutes and never returned - they weren't even at full capacity. Finally order taken, told the guy we were on limited time due to lunch hour and this is when the service finnaly became better. Decent pint of Guinness and lemonade swiftly arrived.... Shortly followed by two very good portions for our lunch.... Which by the way were two for £7.95. Food was of good quality and overall we were really pleased. Will definitely be going back there, despite the initial service let down. Lunch for two was less than £15 which I think was really good value for what we got. It has a pool table, beer garden, high stools and low level tables. Good pub.
