The Queen's Head in Rugby

We had a lovely evening on Saturday night. It was the evening of the Euro Final, so the pub was quite quiet. Rana was on hand to check that all was well, but he needn't have worried because we were very well looked after by Josh, who provided excellent service all night. Food was great, piping hot and my group of 10 were well impressed. Nice touch from Rana to give my wife a bottle of wine, and also a free sweet to celebrate her birthday. We'll be back.Great gluten free options.

This is the meal presented to me. Price over £14 .00 had to wait at least 10 minutes for cutlery sent back as the garnish was awful and requested more potatoes They did this and the manager apologised not going back again been many time original brilliant

While away from home for a week we dined at Queen’s Head which we know well, and it has recently changed hands. We had three meals there during the week and there was a good selection to choose from each time. The Manager Rana was at the door to welcome us each time and he was very attentive during our visits. It was all a very good value for money with the choice of « Pensioner meals » if required.We highly recommend it.

Three of us went for lunch not realising that the pub had changed hands. We were met at the door by Rana who ensured that we were seated in our area of choice and that we received good service. The set up is now restaurant based with table service for food and drink and the staff are both friendly and efficient. The new owners have thus far kept the old menu and continue to provide good quality fresh food. Good experience all round and look forward to our next visit.

First visit 2 weeks ago was lovely, nice food and fast service! Josh was the perfect waiter! The lady at the front of house was exceptional! Decided to take the family today, unfortunately nothing like my first visit, not busy yet we had to wait an hour for our food! Some dishes served with roast others not! No pasta or lasagne with the courgette and mushroom, and under staffed!

Lovely food, great attentive service. New management really friendly and genuinely interested in the customers. Interacted without being over the top, great with the kids. Can't give enough credit

Have been here a few times, recently heard it was under new management. Unfortunately couldn't see any improvement... upon entering the lounger area, although all the tables are laid out with glasses and cutlery already, it looks cluttered.We asked about the advertised 3 courses offer (on a big banner outside the pub) only to be told it was for the Senior Citizens Menu, we challenged that this could be deem as false advertising.Food has always been a bug bear here. Our first visit a couple of years, food was amazing. Really enjoyed it. However, we've been since and the food is poor. For the money, I'd be expecting fresh veg, not low quality chips, tinned mushrooms, we even had cheeseburgers that didn't come with cheese. Meat being over cooked, under cooked or not as requested if you order steak.Such a shame... the menu and kitchen needs shaking up to remain competitive within the area.

Not overly impressed, very slow service, arrival of starters at different times. Chips are of low quality, mushrooms and peas are out of a tin. With the price you pay I expect better. The only thing that looked pleasing was the desserts but didn’t partake as not impressed with the previous two courses.

The pub has recently been took over, and we really like the changes they've made so far! We stopped by for a family meal & tried the new menu items.As soon as we walked in we were met with a warm welcome, and that continued throughout the meal. The food was excellent, took us by surprise how nice it was and It only cost us ~£50 for 4 people!

Visited lunchtime today (2/2/22) after a break of about 4 years and the experience was fantastic.4 main courses, 4 sweets and 4 drinks all for £42.00.Table staff were excellent and without doubt the whole meal and ambience were brilliant.
