Atlantis Fish and Chips in Sandwell

I cannot knock the food , for the most part it's great, but the delivery is very hit and miss, though the drivers are very friendly. waited over hour and half tonight , ended up going to fetch it, when I arrived it was sat on the side of counter going cold, they said was waiting for a driver, got home it was cold, very disappointed.

Wonderful fish and chip shop. This is definitely my favourite in the area because of the quality of the food. Love the pizzas. The online orders do take a while thou due to how busy the shop is.

The staff seem to have a serious problem with almost all customers, I have actually never received such bad customer service without a single word being said to me other then the bill and “sauce is extra” … I would avoid at all costs and would bet the women will spit in the food for their own amusement. The food is sometimes decent, the fried chicken tastes like microwaved kfc from yesterday (kfc is a few doors down) I’ve only been there few times the first I gave them the benefit of the doubt as I’d had a bad at work however after tow subsequent visits I can confirm they just dislike all their customers, it’s so sad as George and Helen’s has gone so terribly downhill recently

Food was nice. The only let down was the service.The lady would ask what would you like, and mid convo whilst telling the lady she would look at someone else behind the till start taking and laughing. I find it rude.

So I only go because they actually do have nice food and my partner likes it. However, my order is always wrong, not only that but the service from two of the girls which I try and avoid is awful. They so moody and never apologise. Food is great but service from two of the girls is shocking!!!

This place used to be my favourite fish and chip shop but since they've started taking online orders they've gone down hill. Online orders take priority and this leads to queues outside the shop. Also they make a lot of mistakes so you've got to keep an eye on them. Staff are clearly over worked as they all look miserable. A shame, as the food is still good.

Had been served reheated chips today. Not very nice tasting don’t stand up to the traditional fish chips one would expect from the presentation of the shop. Not a traditional fish and chip shop. Meat is not very nice either. Extortionate prices for the food not even origins mayonnaise. Just a good presentation of the shop and that’s it.

Rubbish! Have used this place for ages waited 2 hours tonight for food to be delivered rang 91 times with no answer between 2 phones!! Will not be using again no communication used the online chat to be told to just wait for the food to delivered!! When food was delivered after 2 hours the paper is absolutely soaked in grease which shows how long the food has been sat there standing waiting to be delivered so it’s not like you were so busy you were running behind on orders and it was made and sent out late it’s actually been sat on the side waiting and turns up cold!! Will not be using again which is a shame something needs to be looked at whether it’s the lack of delivery drivers or lack of communication with your customers during your ‘busy’ times.

Fantastic chippy and kebab shop. Great choice. Traditional fish and chips, scallops and fresh roe. Clean and friendly atmosphere. Good customer service. Do home deliveries.Recommended.

Went there to get to large kebabs was charged for a large and given small after complaining they still disagreed so I have taken pictures and will leave on websiteTotal rob dogsLook at the pictures this is how it was given to me more salad than meat.Save your money and go elsewhere going down hill very fast.
