Bell-a-Pizza in Sandwell

I’ve been waiting 1,5 hours for my food. Not delivered yet. Tried to call them and all the time the tell me 5-10 minutes. Awful - and these other reviews confirms that I made a mistake ordering from these guys 😡

Ordered 2 chicken pizzas - both tasted awful. Chicken tasted so bad.Fries were ok

This place is not bad at all the do some Indian style pizzas. The paneer pizza spicy is actually planner curry on the pizza! Same for the meat pizzas. They do the usuall standard toppings also.There base is probrably one of the best I have had for a while very crispy.I would definitely recommend this place. Not the cheapest but it's good quality!Staff were very helpful they even did the pizza 50/50 as I asked for them to recommend me a pizza

One star rating is still not enough 3rd time ordering and every time the order is messed up and pizzas are overdone and cold on delivery last and final time ordering from here. Everyone beware poor customer service on complaint.

Disgusting food. Dirty shop. The guy was sneezing a coughing whilst making my pizza, did even wash his hands of have gloves on. Hygiene and food is disgusting. Never again.

Review edit.Should have known better and read the reviews before. So, I made an order online and the people working there tonight could not provide a worse service over the phone. They’ve charged me and simply rejected my order (Order was also made thru the direct website and I was trying to explain to him that it wasn’t on Just Eats this time because it was canceled), when I called to double check after a while he was incredibly rude and basically said they’re closed and hung up on me. I rang back and politely asked for a refund and again, being super rude, told me to call when “boss” is in because is not his problem. Honestly, it’s okay to say no to an order but just be decent to people. If you’re unhappy with your job and feel miserable you should just quit. Also if your direct website accepts the order when it shouldn’t then don’t take the money or at least let me know that I would get a refund in morning like I did. I have no missed phone calls either. I was the one who called to find out the place was closed. Still, never going back there again

The quality of food has deteriorated rapidly which has resulted in very inconsistent quality of food. I have been using them for last couple of years but since recently the food is not the same. When complained I was told that another guy made it and I will make it next time. Makes you laugh how they run this place. The owners are hardly there to speak to. Without ownership no one is responsible. It is shame that I had to write down these comments probably a wake up call for the owners to take ownership and to do something about it. I would like to see the same quality consistently no lame excuses reflecting poor professionalism, consider training in customer services too.

This place is excellent. Too many people paying people to write poor reviews. Other local shops have not been able to compete with Bell a pizza for years, talk is cheap but the reality is the longevity of this business. i come from wolverhampton to get pizza from this shop. If in doubt try them. You will not be disappointed.

Guy didn't even have gloves when making the pizza. The shop wasn't clean, pizza was of poor quality. Didn't taste great at all and worst of all there was various hairs in the box. I'll stick to asda deli pizza. Reply to owners reply... Pictures are from your pizza your shop made You question if the pictures are real or if I visited your shop.. Do you think I got nothing better to do... Get a grip on yourself and wash your hands... You and I know just because you got a 4 star rating doesn't mean you trade in a hygienic way.
