Big John's in Sandwell

Hi everyone! I was ordering a 22" Pizza you can create your own pizza using over 10 different toppings ! Not liked!! You have to pay for sauces including ketchup and mayonnaise! No matter what food you will buy! Not so smart! And the tables was not clean! Shame!

Went in the evening on the Saturday 22nd Jan about half 5. All I can say is hats off to those two girls who were handling the shop floor by themselves at a busy time, one was a hijabi the other girl had hair in a plait . Kept my eye on them the whole time while they were both making and packing orders for customers in a very fast pace. My food was also given to me really fast and everything was perfect exactly how I wanted. Amazing food at a amazing price with fast pace staff! Definitely coming again.

Came here 2days ago, and whenever I come to this Big Johns I always make sure I get served by the girl with the braces. Don't know her name but she's the sweetest. Food is overall ok but great staff 👍

Was staying at a Hotel nearby and needed quick food. Been to another branch before and have not been disappointed. This on the other hand was very disappointing. I ordered their half pounder burger unfortunately it was very dry. Ordered a wings meal. The wings were old and also very dry inside. Chips were old too and not fresh. Almost cold. What is with the customer service? Rude at the drive thru window, just have a smile and talk to people nicely. It goes a long way. Was made to park up when there was no other customers in the queue, food took about 20 minutes to arrive. Very slow for what was produced. Will not be going back.

It is by far the worst Big Johns,missing orders.The food,especially the fish was horribe.It was re fried, hard and rubbery.Not pleasant at all.Will not visit again and would not recommend at all.1 star at best

Ignored on arrival, the guy who took our order got it wrong, food was dry and kebab was missing salad/sauce. The toilets did not have working locks on the doors, there was no toilet paper, no soap, the hand drier didn't work and the napkins provided to dry your hands with weren't left with a bin to put them in. Wanted this to be good, it wasn't.

I absolutely love Big John's, outstanding value for money, the burgers and pizzas are my favourite and always made fresh to order in front of you.Also the food is very well presented and packaged in smart looking BJ branded boxes.I paid less than £10 for two double cheese burger meals with chips and drinks. You'd pay nearly double that for same amount of food in McDonald's and their burger patties are wafer thin unlike Big John's!The only negative thing is that they charge 50p for small pots of sauce while other branches of Big John's don't.🍔👌🏻🚗

Absoloute Gaandu manager. Refused to put sauce on my food becuase we are forced to buy dips 50p as its "Company policy" You gonna charge Me for salt n pepper too??

Had to put 1star as to put a review. Ordered meal and mushy peas... Approximately 1/2 table spoon of mushy peas . Complained to the call centre and they can't do anytime except give me mushy peas next time I order. Who said I was going to order next time !!! Worst decision was to get it from these guys. Oh chips stale.. Really!!! Thought the burger would be better 🤦

Today I went in after a long time, just to try out a quick afternoon snack. I ordered spicy chicken wings with chips. I can tell you they tasted as delicious as they looked, fresh and juicy. upto today there is no eat in, only takeaway and delivered.I enjoyed my food. the place looked clean and the staff looked clean and welcoming. However the toilet was out of order and locked.I am upgrading my previous rating from 1 to 3 stars. Hope to see more improvements on the staff side.
