Great food - great service - great decor / comfort for dining 👌🏽

The food here is Amazing!!! Seriously can’t fault it!!but the service is very frustrating. We waited 20mins for someone to take our order as every single member of floor staff were all serving one table at the same time. As someone who has worked in the industry for over 20years the way the floor is run really really winds me up. We’ve been here several times and it’s always the same we enjoy our meal but is spoilt by the staff running round like headless chickens. The waitress didn’t even know what half the things were or contained on the menu. Probably just takeaway service from now on.

Visited this place on 16/02/22 with a few family members and was extremely disappointed with the food.This place was recommended to me and I wish I didn't give it a go.I had a vegetable biriyani, a vegetable curry, a chana dish, garlic naan and some fries. The fries was hands down the best thing I ate!The curry sauce for the vegetable curry tasted like nothing I've ever had before, i still can't describe the taste but it was bad. The vegetables needed more of a variety and a lot more to it considering it was meant to be a VEGETABLE curry.The biriyani again was not nice, the rice was hard , the dish lacked A LOT of flavour and spice. My Chana dish, what I was looking forward too the most was horrible. At first glance it looked like a lamb dish, was very very dark, chickpeas were very over cooked and again no flavour at all. The garlic bread was greasy and was very crispy.When going for an Indian I expect an experience of magical bursts of flavours popping off in my mouth and all I got was a bland anti climax!They are very generous with their portions but the quality of food wasn't great, which meant I was left with a lot of bad tasting food.There's a nice atmosphere to this place and staff are very accommodating and friendly, just wish the food was great.My experience last night has put me off eating here again but I would come here for a few drinks with friends and family.

been regularly visiting here for a few years now..food is more expensive than the average bar & grill but its well worth it. top quality food & can't fault them in any way. it's my favourite place to catch up with friends & enjoy a quality curry.

Book to avoid disappointment! nice food, very onion heavy. Had the vegetarian mixed grill, with no soya. Mint sauce looks radioactive. Very reasonably priced. Still good social distancing inside. Friendly staff. Will be back.

For the mother of all Indian Mix Grills, the Red Lion is the place to be!! If you fancy yourself as Adam Richman of Man vs Food, then order a £20 mix grill and have a go at that bad boy, as pictured! The atmosphere was great, the decor was pleasing, the staff were lovely and the food was to die for! And by that, I mean that I nearly had a meat overdose... what a fantastic place!#CarLeasingGuy highly recommends the Red Lion, All Saints Way, West Bromwich.

Very busy place, but yes good food🙂 service is OK..and maybe will try more some of their menus👍👍👍 We had a good time🙂

Had such a lovely time here it was our first time here and won't be the last. The food was all cooked fresh and was hot when served to our table. The portion sizes are very big wow. The staff are so nice too and such a friendly place to go. Have to say that they are so good with the covid side of things too. You scan to order food and they come over and take payment. The food is so tasty I am really impressed with this place.
