Burger King in Sandwell

Great staff food was hot drive through is never a problem either. Staff are really helpful and are quick to fix any issues should they arise. Its BK you know the food is going to be great!

Burger bun crumbled at the touch.Burger was kuke warmBacon was very cold.Gherkins were coldOne bite and I left everything and walked out.I say sack the cook, they are no competion for McDonald's across the road.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Just been. Got drive through order wrong. Charged for large double Whopper meal.. got home and realised it was a single whopper (without bacon and cheese I paid extra for + missing patty) and a medium drink. Do better BK !

It was okay, nice and clean with friendly staff. My burger was great except the bread that just crumbled when picked up.

Re: home deliveries..... Why does this branch think it's OK to stick ice cold drinks into the same bag as warm meals???Is this where we are at in the world with basic common sense? Really goes a long way in helping to understand why the word stupidity was ever invented.Are you sure your staff don't need instructions telling them how to breathe?

Never see worse service in my life ! me and my sister find hair in fries service was so lazy not even saying sorry for that! tables dirty not clean! only what you can hearing is chating chating chating. we order food we not received same as is show on screen something different not recomended go there!

NEVER AGAIN.every time we have either been through the drive thru or ordered for delivery there is missing food.This time on a delivery there was a completeeal missing, everything was cold, the burgers were cold AND dry, the onion rings soggy, the chilli cheese bites dry and cold, fries cold and the nuggets cold.Have no idea how as the time from order to delivery was around 30 minutes, the burgers all should have been made fresh because things taken off or things added. And the restaurant is only 2 miles away.We will never use this location again absolutely disgusting.

They dont have a clue what there doing was waiting nearly 20 mins for a burger and fries what a joke was no one in there and no one at drive through was dead they just dont no what they are doing everytime i go in there is something wrong. I literally am refusing to spend another penny in there. Should be called slow food not fast food avoid!

First and the last time ordering in this restaurant! Very disappointing experience and rude attitude. We ordered click and collect order and one of the items was 20 chicken nuggets. Checked my order at a restaurant and there was a box with what I assumed was chicken nuggets for my daughter, but when we got home and she start to eat them she realized that something is wrong with them. She broke some in half and came to me showing that there is something green in them. Of course, I straight away realized that they are not chicken nuggets and by looking on the menu I understand that we got 20 Chilli Cheese Bites not 20 chicken nuggets. I was already disappointed as she does not eat anything else just chicken nuggets and my husband needed to go back and exchange for the right product ... and we live 15 min drive away!!! When he returned to the restaurant there was a young girl behind the counter and she was ok and said that she will exchange. But then the supervisor or manager ... or not sure what she was... stepped in and grabbed the box with chilli cheese bites and start to moan that if it's wrong food why it is half-eaten in a very rude tone and she threw them in a bin. There was missing 3, 4 max 5 of them as my daughter was nibbling them and trying to understand what's wrong with her chicken nuggets!!! Of course, he got the chicken nuggets, but no sorry... please or thanks just rude attitude like you done something wrong for asking for the right product!!! Persons with such an attitude to their customers shouldn't work in a restaurant ...

Does exactly what it says on the tin, quick drive through service, good hot food. The manager is also super helpful and nothing is too much of a problem for her, great staff burger King 👌
