We came here today and we were very disappointed with the food the cheese scone was really hot been put in a microwave too long the cheesecake looked nice but tasted very bland my friends breakfast was cold and they had forgotten to give her her tea plus milk menu very limited has this place changed hands as it used to be great

Lovely fresh sandwiches made to order, quiches, naughty fresh cakes, comfortable seating, great selection of cakes. All food beautifully presented and served to your table inside or out. Varied hot and cold menu good selection of teas and coffees. You do sometimes wait a long time in the queue as just one person, serving making drinks and taking payment. Full disabled entrance and facilities

Lots of comfy seats, very friendly staff and a fantastic menu! Delicious cakes/cheesecakes/ savouries! Can’t fault it. Amazing value for money. I wish I lived closer, I’d be here every day.

Absolutely love this place! First time we've been, but won't be the last. Lovely food and a great cup of tea, very reasonable prices too. Comfy, mismatched but trendy furniture and spotlessly clean. Quick service despite being busy. Obviously a popular place. Back soon!

Wow, I'm shocked in what we just experienced on the morning of "Christmas Eve" 2021.These sandwiches are normally great and we've ordered from here a few times. The last time we ordered our order was wrong and we didn't receive a toasted sandwich as ordered. We rang back to let them know and "Sam" offered us a free sandwich.Today we have come to order 2 sandwiches and redeem the offer. Sam, denied it, said she wasn't there, until the note with extra details was shown, then offered us the price off the sandwich. We mentioned that wasn't what Sam promised. Sam then continued to say you can have your Free Samdwich, but maybe we shouldn't come back again!Where did that come from? Big change from discussing the order to being asked to not come back. We couldn't believe how Sam went on, infront of other customers, then hid in the back.Look at the "toasted" sandwiches looked like after we collected them.. disgraceful!

First time in the cafe. Clean hygienic well laid out quirky vibe to it. Staff polite. Definitely going back there! Soft seating, settees and chairs.

Friendly staff, place really busy which is a great sign, shows its a good spot to eat. Second time eating in it would highly reccommend👌

We had extra large breakfast its big! There's also lots of toast with it which we brought home. A pot of tea each all under £20 for two. We were a little concerned at how close some of the tables were, we'd felt safer on our previous visit when social distancing was still being adhered to. Hand sanitisers were still readily available and the door was open as the morning was mild. A nice family treat.

Food here is great. Decent portions and the service is OK. It’s a proper little cafe and we enjoy going for breakfast.Edit - given an extra star as we went in today, first time since lockdown and they have done a really good job! One way system in and out, tables sectioned off and cleaning spray dotted around. Staff are very friendly.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff. Highly recommend this place. Yummy food and coffee.
