Won a competition to have a takeaway tonight. The food was delicious, had North Indian Garlic Chicken & Chicken Tikka Balti with sides. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff are very friendly and we would highly recommend Chilli Massala!

My favourite takeaway. When I try anywhere else I always regret it and wish I had called Chilli Massala. My fave is the North Indian Garlic Chilli Chicken. Always on time, hot, nothing missing, always delicious!

The food was tasteless. Its a joke in the name of Indian cuisine. It was not even spicy and it did not have any taste. I wouldnt recommend at all.

I WAS a regular here at Chilli Masaala. This used to be my go to spot but after today NO!. Over an hour for delivery, missing items on the order, had to call back to get the order rectified and waited for almost 25 mins for 2 NAAN!!!!Whilst all that was happening the portion size of the "mix grill main" was smaller than normal, by the time I started to eat the food was ICE COLD!!!2 extra tandoori roti was under cooked, had to recook them at home.I will no longer be ordering or going back after today's experience, very disappointed in the service, quality and lack of care going into deliverys. Thank you but good riddance!!!

Food cold . salmon tikka main over cooked and was same size as chicken tikka starter but 5 pound more. Kurma chicken very watery.

Ordered food for collection at 6:50 was ready at 8:15. Phoned up because they forgot our bottle of coke and chicken tikka masala, for them to ask 'what the f**k do you want us to do about it' when we asked for a refund or the coke and masala to be delivered to us we were told we would have to pay extra for it. One of our meals also had a long hair in it.Extremely rude and pathetic excuse for customer experience would not recommend at all
