Classic Canton in Sandwell

Used this place for 10 years and always been decent ...... but ordered from here tonight and they said 45 mins so a hour later I phone back up and they say we only have one driver your orders not even been done yet ....... why didn't you tell me this in the 1st place ? Think its time to find another Chinese place ..... shocking

Firstly was told I could pay by card at the door when meal delivered that wasn't the case. Secondly chicken chowmein like rubber no sauce very bland. Egg fried rice again like rubber and very dry. Bbq ribs n chicken balls were nice the sweet n sour sauce was more like hot n sour as quite bitter. This was our first time using this place as just moved to the area. Will definitely not be ordering from here again. I have kids that will eat anything and even they couldn't eat it. O lying left one star just so I could review other wise there wouldn't be any. Only thing OK was the delivery driver very pleasant and well mannered

Ordered for the first time , portion size was good but absolutely no flavour and bland , I had a Singapore chowmain which had no spice and a chicken curry that was like water and no taste , I wont be ordering again.

Very pricey for poor quality and hardly any flavour. Absolutely nothing about this food is Classic Cantonese, wouldn't go again.

Very nice food, very good portions but they should add more vegetables.

Terrible experience, we called at 18.15 on new years eve to order a delivery chinese and was told 45 mins to an hour, which was reasonable. An hour and a half later I called to be told it would be a further 30 minutes. My wife called 15 minutes later as she was very unhappy and the girl who answered the phone was saying it would still be 30 minutes minimum, I asked about collecting it and was given no confidence it would be ready in 15 minutes if I collected it so we cancelled. It was obvious that they had taken online orders and we had been forgotten about!!! The girl did not care and was relieved when we cancelled the order. We will not be trying them again!

Food is ok considering the terrible Chinese in the area. We come 2/3 Times a month and last time got our order wrong. Being regular we didn't make a fuss and mentioned it on the next visit which my partner had dropped his money before getting in the van and was£2 short and after having money last time on incorrect starters us they didn't have the courtesy to hand over any of the order. Won't be coming again. Service lately is terrible and this has just topped it off.

We have used Classic Canton for years. The food is amazing and the service is brill. You will not find a better takeaway! They do get really busy over the weekend but they never let us down (even delivered to us in the snow!) We love you Classic Canton!!

Massive food portions.. excellent value for money and great tasting food..what more could I ask for... oh yeah, super fast delivery. Only let down was, extremely rude lady at the till.. she don't know how to speak English!

Tried the Classic Canton twice. First time i found the Beef Curry too runny and watery. Second time to be fair the Chow Mein was nice. Unfortunately i find Hans down the road much nicer.
