Costa in Sandwell

Good coffee including a baby Costa (warm milk) in an espresso cup, a first Costa for our granddaughter. We sat outside the sun came out between the heavy showers.We were sat next to the car park so not the greatest atmosphere but otherwise, cheerful staff and a much needed break while shopping.

Delighted to see new opening hours from 7am weekdays.

Definitely better than the other nearby Costas (West Brom & Dudley). I found the staff to be much nicer, and the coffee tastes better. Conveniently placed in a retail park so ideal for a caffeine boost before hitting the nearby stores.

Pretty shambolic based on 2 visits there now. Very long waiting time to get served even when its not busy. First time I was there a staff member was sitting behind the counter attending to something on his laptop as myself and another customer stood waiting for 20 to 25 minutes. At which point he decided to assist with the service and took our orders. The second time I waited around 15 to 20 mins ( with just one customer in front and behind me) as other staff members came and went but didn't assist with service and left us waiting. Sure, at busy times, customer service can be challenging in any retail environment and customers can understandably expect delays in service.But on both occasions I paid a visit there it wasn't busy at all. I won't be going for a third time....

Your regular Costa coffee. Well stocked & staffed. Very helpful & attentive staff. Outdoor seating available.

Excellent quick and polite service would give 5 stars but toilet a let down

Very friendly staff. Little bit of a wait for my coffee but hey I'd expect that when they are making your perfect coffee. Comfortable location to relax and the best thing is it's free parking.

Good Location near Oldbury town center and retail park. Good choices of dairy alternatives for your coffees. Outdoor seating also available as well as inside clean and hygiene standards are good.
