Dixy Chicken in Sandwell

Ordered from here through food hub the food took over an hour to come when I got my order 3 of the things I ordered was wrong and never received my drinks with any of the meals phone up to tell them I was told they was going to replace the 3 meals with the right order and bring all the drinks an hour later still no one had come so I rang again I was told it was with the driver half hour later still didn't come so I rang again they told me the same thingThat it was with the driver and the woman I spoke to on the phone was very rude and she put the phone down then my partNer rang them and they said that they had not sent it out and that they would send it right away still waited an hour when it finally came it was cold DONT ORDER FROM HERE

My father inlaw came in not long ago, around midday in his work clothes, went up and asked the man behind the counter for the menu, the man walked around the counter to the front and ushered my father inlaw out the door and said quote "not for your kind".At the time he found it quite funny but my mother inlaw was quite enraged.The restaurant was full with customers, and I couldn't believe the way he was treated. Didn't even ask for food, only a menu and basically got kicked out of the place. Won't be returning.They was only asking for the menu because they run n air B&B, and wanted the menu for their guests and to give dixy chicken some custom. Well what a shame as they've lost out.

The service was brilliant but I brought a quart 1/4 pounder and ate it. Then 15mins later I started to feel stomach pains and so did the friend.

Disgusting chicken strips had hair in it chicken was bland dry chips cold never again why give 1 star THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUTDOWN 🤮🤮 Pfc is much better then this

We usually go to the one in Newtown but tried West Brom as it was on the way home. The staff was very helpful and even gave us some extra wings. The chicken was just as good as Newtown crispy and very tasty. Definitely recommend

Today I had portion of chips, 3 hot wings and a 99p fillet burger. Food wasn't great and within half an hour of what I ate, I didn't feel right. Got home and had such a bad belly and you know what!!I WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE IT A ONE STARAVOID AT ALL COST!!

AVOID THIS PLACE! Absolutely disgusting food. Ordered via Uber Eats on 16/11/2021 thinking this place looked decent enough. Honestly? Some of the worst food I have ever come across!!! Bone dry fillets in the burgers that looked like they had been cooked hours before and left to dry up in the display, dry, crumbly buns that were falling apart to the touch! And freezing cold chips that had clearly been sitting there for a while. The beans that came with the Mexican box meal were not only cold, they tasted/smelt like they were off. Never will I order from this place ever again! If there was an option for 0 stars that would still be too much. Not happy :-(

Consistent food quality and genuine dixy recipe ingredients. For delivery there is no better place than this place unless you want a pizza. Always quick deliveries. This place made a small mistake in my delivery but they promptly answered their telephone and rectified the issue immediately so thumbs up and fantastic customer service and care. Proper business
