Dominos Pizza Wednesbury in Sandwell

Extremely poor delivery standard. Phoned the branch and they said that it would take 1hr from the time I ordered but ended up taking 1hr.30. I recommend picking up the order or just order at the branch. Don't get me wrong the food is glorious but delivery was poor and due to this got cold food.

Was kept on hold for 10 minutes had to call back to even get my order taken, asked if anything could be compensated for the wait and was told there was nothing they could do, shocking customer service.

I won’t be ordering again and I will strongly recommend people to go elsewhere. They are very stingy!

Food took 1hr to be come, when arrived pizza was cold has to be put in microwave. Not tasty as dominos I get from other branch.

The 1st pizza that was delivered was missing half of the cheese. When I called them to complain they sent another one. This was just as bad. Felt like I was eating cardboard with some sauce on top. Very disappointed

Ordered online had all the details for my order and they wouldn't give me the pizza. They were asking me for the name of the person that made the order...... well I had every bit of info on the phone. I even handed her the phone so she could see the order. Then she try to make me look like a thief, not everyone who collects the orders know card details - there is such things about like COVID which means the person who paid cannot always collect!! Disgrace.

Have ordered food from here for year however more recently the food delivery has taken around an hour therefore the food has arrived cold. The bot tracker shows the pizza has been delivered however this has not been the case on the last few occasions. The quality of the food is awful too. Trying to get any form of customer service is awful and there is no apology or reimbursement of any kind. The expense vs quality is awful hence will take my custom elsewhere!

Ordered a pizza online for delivery, after waiting 1hr it still had not arrived. Called the store up, got put on hold, used the other phone to call the store and managed to talk to the manager who tried to fob me off with some excuse. Food eventually arrived 1hr 20mins later and it was cold. I will not be using them again. Awful customer services.

Ordered online for delivery. Said it would be 15-25 minute wait. After 1 hour I called store and told it would be15 to 20 mins !. When it finally arrived order was wrong. Called store again. Was told I had garlic bread because they had run out of cookies!! I said it wasnt a dessert replacement, was told I could speak to manager after 10 minutes on hold l was cut off!!! Will not use again.

Ordered pizzas from there (cheese and tomato) and it was literally a tomato sauce pizza. No cheese whatsoever. Ended up emailing head office who apologised and sent me an E gift voucher for a free pizza. Still haven't used it and won't. Says it all. They skimp on the toppings and I've had better quality pizzas from supermarkets. Would not use again.
