I have never used cake box but thought I would give it a try for my husbands 40th.OMG the cake tasted amazing all our guests loved it and the staff were so polite and helpful.I would highly recommend this place to everyone and will now be using them all the time.

I went to Cake Box after I had been let down by another company with a cake I had ordered. I have to say the service at Cake Box Smethwick was amazing. Jin was very helpful from start to finish. She had a cake ready for me the next day and it was perfect. It was fresh. It was tasty and it was just what I was looking for. Jin saved the day !!! Thankyou Jin. Everyone loved the cake. I ordered a cake for my daughter birthday on the 15th of Jul. the cake was fantastic, display was amazing and the taste delicious. Everyone wanted more. Service was fantastic. The manager of the shop went through all the steps and took all our consideration. Wife also made a mistake with the messages and we phoned them up and they were very understanding. All my birthday cakes will come from here. Big thank you

As a regular Im always picking up the chocolate cheesecakes! Did not know cakebox also do the wonderful naked cakes, had one ordered for a wedding and it was absolutely lovely, i ordered the day before and Gin, had organised this for me, she was such a pleasure to work with and bought my idea to life, will definitely be ordering again.

At last a cake shop on the high street that knows all about customer service and quality tasty light spongy cake with loads of yummy cream !! Ordered cake for daughters 8th Birthday around noon on 25th September for next day noon collection! Cake was ready, luscious, delicious, fresh, tasty and looked great too, all the customisation were as promised, Jin took special note of our requests it did make our special day great!
