Harvester in Sandwell

Shauna our waitress was great, attentive and provided a good service and was very delightful. Our food came on time and was served with a smile, really good customer service.

Had a wonderful meal today, the food was cooked perfectly. My boyfriend had rotisserie chicken and said how moist it was! The service was impeccable, we were served by the shift supervisor laura. Thank you and will defo be back again x

We booked a table last minute. First time at this Harvester. From being greeted at the door, to paying the bill all went smoothly and exceeded our expectations. Food was hot and delicious. The waitress was helpful and knew what she was doing. We will return.🍷😊

I love coming here and staff is always very lovely, but would like to mention that today I walked out after having some bad comments by a staff who booked us in. My daughter is tall and 12 years old and she gave me adult menu for her, when I told her she’s 12, she gave bad looks to her, gave kids menu and said ‘ she won’t find anything in it and I will pop one in case’She took us to the table and threw the menus on the table and went, I took couple of minutes to think what’s next then I decided to walk out, the other staff member asked me what’s wrong and can sort it out for me, but guys I am not after complimentary meal!!I won’t spend money on a meal served with negativity at all. The young misbehaved lady looked like a management herself as she wasn’t in uniform and was in black formal clothes, time around 7.10 Tuesday the 28th..I am a retail manager myself and I understand the importance of good behaviour myself.I won’t stop visiting harvester just because of this incident as I know someone will look into my complaint and sort it out. I would recommend some short courses around behaviours to that staff member time to time in case she forgets after every now and then because bad habits take times to go!

We took our son for 'breakfast with Santa' on the 23rd December 2021.It was brilliant - the staff on the day were all super and the food was also really good.Once we had finished our breakfast an elf (one of the staff) came to collect us and took us over to see Santa.Our son chatted with Santa for several minutes, asking questions about the reindeer, what snack to leave out etc. It was super as we didn't feel rushed and Santa was really engaged with him and so sincere. He loved it and really made his day super magical. He also received a little gift.I would highly recommend and hope Harvester can do this again next year.Many thanks to the team and Santa.

Remember to book ppl ! We couldn't get a table and it was dead. Went Telford Harvester 3 weeks ago and didn't book they was happy to find us table and they was very busy. 4 Tables taken up and you turn customers away......

Loved the Christmas dinner from the festive menu and the restaurant decorations were really pretty

Booked breakfast with santa. Was OK, was charged for a build your own breakfast even though my partner was told he wouldnt have to as it was only 3 items, the price for the children's meal and drink on the menu was not the same as it was more on the bill and I had a hair in my food so left the rest and still had to pay for my meal. Not great considering I informed the waitress. Wouldn't return.

First time here, really lovely restaurant. The place is clean, great service and tasty food. I didn’t even mind the staff manning the salad bar altho he did swamp my salad with vinegarette when I asked for a little! Next time I won’t ask for a sauce.

Really fabulous seating area outside. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.The food was delivered to our table in record time and was delicious.Salad cart was fresh & the staff now add what you want to a bowl & bring it out to you which was nice.Will definitely visit again next time I'm in the area.
