Hot Wok in Sandwell

Incredibly small food portions compared to other hot woks. Very disappointing. And the food was vile. Horrible!!!!

Won't be buying food from here again absolutely disgusting, chips was from the day before prawn crackers tasted and stunk of chemicals? . Chow mein was bland and tasteless. Binned it.... Been using hot wok for years but it wasn't the first time we have had a bad experience.

I have used this take away alot recently and always had good food. Unfortunately today I was so upset. There was a hair in my food. I called to let them know and was spoken to in a terribly way by the older lady who denied this had happened and rudely ask me "what do you expect me to do about it" not even an apology or to try and resolve the problem. She was very defensive and argumentative. Unfortunately I will find another takeaway 😔

Very good food. Cash only I believe. They are always willing to cook your food to your liking whether thats more or less spice ...Excellent range of food and fair prices to be found.

Great food we have used the Hot Wok for many years we have tried others but we come back.

Can not praise this place highly enough where do you start nothing wrong so far and I am looking forward to working my way through the rest of the menu even if my waist line isn't!

Ordered from them for years, never had a bad experience. Amazing food, never cold or lukewarm, borderline perfect. They usually always deliver on time, sometimes when it's busy it might be a few minutes late but no establishment has perfect delivery, Hot Wok is better than most. Ribs are always tender, pull off the bone beautifully, rice is tasty and not overly greasy, curry sauces are thick and flavorful, noodle dishes and chips are a great too. Honestly couldn't recommend them enough, give them a go.

Excellent food great taste. Only just moved to the area, I have always been a massive fan of Chinese food from a young age. This place is definitely my local Chinese from now on

Extremely quick food, it's like they take the phrase fast food literally! Good food overall and you can even order on justeat

Good food, generous portions, reasonable prices... Can't really complain :)
