Joe's Place in Sandwell

Fresh food. Okay value for money. Friendly staff... Items cooked to order

Really nice kebab, chips were lovely. Overall really recommend this place

Spent thousands of pounds in here over the past 15 years and even ordered many many times through Uber… owners have got greedy… prices have risen dramatically… boxes are now smaller in size and portions have loads of room inside whereas before boxes were rammed!! I understand inflation etc but this is greed !! Try looking after your loyal customers instead of your uber customers, as you’ve lost this one!!

Chips are fine but disappointed with service, ordered gravy was surprised to see the man serving make up some bisto but it seemed he didn't even wait for the kettle to boil before attempting to make it. Opened this tepid unmixed swill when I got home! Have been before and it's been okay, just disappointed that someone would willingly serve that.

Very nice people. Produce fresh and well cooked. Clean and tidy. Keeping their prices low as long as they can. Batter on fish, thin and crispy. Nice meal.

Decided to pop in Joes Fish and Chip shop we had Fish and Chips with Curry Sauce and a Pot of Tea and we had eaten in and my Grandaughter had a Savloy and Chips and some pop really nice and lovely service quick and friendly will go again x

Excellent Fish +chips. Fish cooked to order, so recommend ordering the fish you require upon entering.Very professional service with polite and helpful staff. Would recommend.

This is the worst food we have had..Ordered as reviews were good but very sadly disappointed.Chips greesy, ordered large chips which by no means were a large portion fish also very poor.Item missing when delivered and staff very dismissive and rude when called to inform of this. Only positive is was delivered quickly.Do not use this chip shop if you want quality food or service. Will never use again, would give zero rating if possible.

£4.50 for a saveloy and small chips in a tray. You are in Cradley Heath for God's sake. No wonder you only had 2 customers in. Learn to smile when serving too. What a waste of money. Food was terrible too.

My own experience at Joes place so far has been a good one. I personally would give it 5 stars because of how clean and tidy it is but not just that I love how much value for money you get for going there. My favorite 2 dishes from here are Mixed Kebab Meat Special as well as Fish and chips. I have to appraise this Fish and Chip shop as well for the amazing customer service and delivery times they have. This is such a great fish and chip shop for the Cradley area I would recommend it to anyone who wishes to try the food they produce.
