KFC in Sandwell

The food was nice. Service was mega slow even though I've ordered via screen. Waited 25 mins for 10 mini fillets and a bucket for one 🙄

Just had a party bucket as a treat for mothers day no bloody treat chicken was burnt , dry and rank.Waited a long time to be served. Wont be goin there again.

Food was good but as with all KFCs that are not drive through......there's a wait for the goods.

Chicken is rank, it is left over not being sold and fried again to warm up, certainly not finger licking, disgusting, cutting corners saving money! Service is rubbish as well, avoid if i was you.

Absolutely fantastic staff and when my order was wrong and had to drive back they dealt with it all very good indeed.

Manager was rude, put a complaint in and got told 'i dont care'. Food was grey and bland.Chicken was bland. Your lucky i dont pull up to the store now and give everyone a slap

Absolutely shocking service!! Waited at the till (no line) to be served and the girl walked past me 4 times! Not even looking at me! Completely ignorant people! Oblivious to the world!We ordered some hot wings, the wings were absolutely not tasty like every KFC does.

Just been in today food ok service ok very disappointed in social distancing rules .one of the delivery service drivers obviously does not understand the 2mtr rule in fairness neither did the staff.What I don't expect is delivery driver leaning on the counter engaging staff in conversation without a mask and the staff standing right up against the counter chatting away, come on don't we all know the rules?

The food was ok as expected and it took a few attempts to get my order correct. Very average but no real complaints.

I've given that score as they hadn't got what I wanted. Asked for 10 fillet pieces ,was told that finished two weeks ago, but fillet pieces still advised in mega meals. Cost me twice as much as I wanted to pay
