KFC in Sandwell

It took the staff 10 minutes to take our order and then another 20 to prepare it. Staff didn't care. Not happy at all

Food cooked to much, pop corn chicken only half full and not got drinks right.

Don't go often so wanted a treat, bought 2x zinger burgers and drinks. Shrinkage in burgers visible but quality and taste still there. Sesame bun collapsed easily so ended up a bit messy, still enjoyable but as a treat.

Absolutely terrible. I have had the worst stomach pain for the past 2 days with constantly going to the toilet every hour. NOT a place to eat at ever again. Should be ashamed of themselves.

I was in the store this evening and witnessed how incompetent and rude the staff are here. They totally disrespect any delivery drivers that come in here. There was a delivery driver who ended up getting very frustrated with their service and rightly so. If they just told him the time frame originally then they should stick to it. People are working hard trying to earn a living yet they don't care that they leave them waiting around for as long as they feel like. He said he had already been waiting for 20 mins and they had told him rudely that it would be at least an additional 15 mins but not guaranteed because they are only serving collection orders. As soon as the driver argued with them then both his orders were ready within minutes. How does that work? The staff here need to get some proper training on customer service and learn how to talk to people. I won't be coming back

Ordered from machine, however they don’t even print the receipt off which makes it hard for me to get my £12 refund back for the 2 large fries I asked for NOT 1 and the filet burger which had hardly any salad and it looked off!! Won’t be ordering from there ever again!!

Ordered a meal off Uber Eats, delivery and driver were great but that's were it stopped. Food was terrible, cold, dry, tiniest pieces of chicken which seemed hours old. Never again.

Like the food here, it can get busy especially on a Friday evening. The chicken isn't halal though. I asked the lady she said it was halal, I went back another time and she said it wasn't. The only reason why this place is getting a one star is staff should be knowledgeable about what products they're selling not outright guessing and then lying to customers.

The food was nice. Service was mega slow even though I've ordered via screen. Waited 25 mins for 10 mini fillets and a bucket for one 🙄

Absolutely shocking service!! Waited at the till (no line) to be served and the girl walked past me 4 times! Not even looking at me! Completely ignorant people! Oblivious to the world!We ordered some hot wings, the wings were absolutely not tasty like every KFC does.
