Lin's Wok in Sandwell

First time we've tried the food since they moved. Wish we hadn't bothered. Tastless

Reading threw the reviews and I have to say I agree with anyone that's rated it 2 stars or less the chips taste like cardboard and the prawn crackers were stale will not be ordering again from here since moving they have gone down hill massively seriously disappointed been going here for years but no longer.

Had to put it at 1 star so I could leave a review don't ever use their service they don't listen to the order and then when they mix it up they will not refund you your money because they read the order to me. We have use this Chinese for years and years last order coming in at just over £51.00,poor customer service and food quality serviced has to be a 1 star cold, fat meat,rock hard chips that have been reheated .I asked for stir fry chow main and got something that look like sick ,wont be ordered from them again.

Food not good spent £16 won't go there again

We occasionally use Lin's Wok when Amber's is closed, however, since they've moved the quality has dropped. We had chicken chow mein, egg fried rice (which was delicious) but the satayed spare ribs and beef curry were very poor. I couldn't finish mine 🤢

Disappointed with our order this evening, order delivery was an hour early as the manager got the wrong time, then when it was sent again dishes were missing and couldn't check the prices as different depending in the site you order from.When we had to get the missing dishes sent a further delivery fee was charged and very poor service from the manager not the lady taking the order or driver.My advice would be either use somewhere else or make sure you check your order and price charged....won't be using again.

Absolutely lively always call my order to them and always correct order received never had a problem with staff for quality Absolutely happy and will carry onnas our regular

Purchased £40 worth of food it was disgusting it was lukewarm and was all congealed worst Chinese takeout I’ve had

We normally order from here and really enjoy it. However after tonight's ordeal we ont be ordering again. We asked to alter a ribs and chips meal from 3 ribs to 1 and more chips and they spoke to the chefs and they said it was fine. When the order arrived they hadn't completed the request after saying they would we rang to ask about a way to send it back at it hadn't been opened or get a refund. They refused to do either and then the chefs got on the phone and started yelling down the phone saying don't use them again. Bare in mind we have used these as loyal customers forover 4 years and to get treated like this was wrong and just rude.

Phoned up at 5:30 for a 6:00 collection. At 6:20 asked where my order was and was told it was out for delivery. We have moved address so the address they had was wrong - didn’t think to check as I was collecting.After finally getting our order after it had been out on a delivery and back to Lin’s, I took it home to find it was cold - no big surprise. We called up and spoke to management who blamed us for the mistake and asked us to heat it up in the microwave. Management didn’t accept responsibility for the mistake and said he didn’t care about our custom. I returned the food for a refund and will not be going to Lin’s Wok again. There’s plenty of other Chinese take aways to choose from in the area.This won’t be the first review you’ll read about poor management and customer service at Lin’s Wok. If you do order let’s hope it’s what you were expecting.
