Ali was amazing.The food was delicious.Best decision today was to go here and end up in a food coma with brain freeze.Absolutely perfect.

The cheesecake was lovely... And my cousin had a kinder Bueno waffle which I tried and was really impressed by.I've been going dessert shops for a while and this place has upped their game. The manager Ali went to all the customers individually and made sure everything to their liking. I appreciate this customer care and will be back

Good experience, lovely desserts. The manager Ali made the effort to come up to us to ask if we were happy with the service, which overall, we were.Only downfall was that there was a bit of a lag in the desserts coming out (there was 6 of us and everyone’s came out at different times) meaning we couldn’t really eat together.Other than that, lovely and I will come here again.

Food is always good, the manager Ali is always so nice and friendly. He will personally greet every customer and ensures all is well throughout the meal!Bit expensive for dessert compared to others but it’s still reasonably priced.Would recommend

Ali was brilliant from start. What an amazing experience.Upon arrival we were swiftly greeted by the manager, Ali who was nothing short of brilliant. He wasn't just our liaison but also our go to going forward. We feel as though we have made a friend at little deserts shop and I will ensure to bring my family again!

Lovely desserts and lovely presentation. The portions are generous and prices reasonable. The staff were welcoming and friendly and manager Ali made a point of greeting us. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

We had great chocolate desserts and drinks, and a very relax time here.The manager and staffs are friendly and helpful. When I have questions on the receipt, the staff is willing to explain the details to me. The food is very full, especially for girls. Highly recommended for chocolate lovers! :Dp.s. For the cream topping there's extra fee, but it's not listed on the menu. It will be better if we can know it from the menu before we made our order.

Excellent desert place. Egg free deserts. A group of us went down after an evening meal out, and we found the service and food were excellent. Also great management, we spoke to the manager Ali. He made sure all our dietary requirements were sorted.

I visited Little Dessert Shop in West Bromwich yesterday with two friends we ordered 2 waffles, 1 crepe and a brownie. The food was amazing and the staff was very friendly the lady who took our order was very welcoming and friendly and the young lady with very nice eyes served our food very politely. My friend also left a personal belonging behind by mistake and they were very generous to keep the item safe until he collected. I will definitely be visiting again very soon.
