Luigi's Pizza in Sandwell

Wow fantastic. Lovely tasty tomato base sauce. Pizza full of flavours definitely one of my favourite places now!!!

The perfect cooked burger 🍔, amazing is all I can say

After a few more orders, I have changed this to 5 stars as the quality has been a lot better.I would recommend the thin and crispy base as the deep pan sometimes is over done.Fries are crispy and good portions.Burgers are OK.Good honest pizza and a good price, worth a try.

Order placed and after a 45 minute wait only half the order was delivered. Refused delivery and rang the shop to ask where the rest of my order was, got no apology nothing and got told it would take another 45 minute's for the rest of the order as he is busy and has 20 orders. Was not happy to wait this long told him he should prioritise my order as it was 1 hour since I placed the original order and he refused. The staff is rude, no manners and no customer service. The driver was embarrassed by this behaviour but not the man on the phone. Told him I was returning the food to the driver and wanted a full refund. He said not to return the food, as no good to him and he will give a full refund. My son went to get the refund and he claimed we KEPT his pizza so we owed him money!!! My son paid for the food we had and got a refund for the difference. The customer service was disgusting will not be ordering from here again.

I went yesterday to this place, I took one calzone and fries. The calzone was very good and large portion. Also the place is clean and nice decorated. Thank you :)

Always had great pizza and service. Monday on the other hand...well.. 2 hour wait. Excuses of its been delivered to wrong address. Bullsh@t. No discount. Nothing.I will never use Luigies again and will always recommend someone else over pretend pizza businesses.
