Marks and Spencer in Sandwell

Great staff. Quality food, great bargains.

never had all food items l wanted.

Never really been in a marks and spencer for a food shop before. But thourt why not give it ago just before Christmas.. Well the store was a total mess. Infact dirty. Way to many people in the store. Meat in with veg. Food hear there and everywhere. Floors didn't look like they been clean all day. Trip hazards all over the place. No covid measures in place. Maybe Christmas but no excuse for a store to look like that. I will not be visiting again

Not much customer Service here. One checkout open. No café. More importantly no Toilets. This is not customer friendly having no Toilets. Some people need to go quickly. Not everyone is in good health. I heard an assistant tell a customer to go across to Costa. This is unacceptable. Mark's want our custom but closes shops in the town and then has no amenities after you've travelled to their out of town Food Halls.

Went here at the weekend and brought the Indian Starter Selection box, which is meant to contain 12 items: 4 Samosas, 4 Bhajis and 4 Pakoras. Unfortunately, there was only 11 items, but this is not the reason for 1-star review… one of the Bhajis was made completely out of onion skins, which put me and my family off of our evening meal. Such a shame but won’t be coming here again.

Good store, good quality food. Great service staff very friendly. Staff member Anita very friendly helpful she went out of her way to help me save money off my bill by giving me her voucher. I save £12.00. Thank you

The asain lady on the till who served me today 17.45pm 07.06.21 i found abit rude she sort of threw my receipt at me and didnt hand it to me like the other staff do. Shocked i think she seen the very small patches of psorasis on my hands. Made me feel uncomfortable and put me off coming there and makes me sad there are people like that working with public. Never had this issue with other staff at marks and spencers in wednesbury...they all are lovely...shame she should not be working there if she has issues with peoples health issues... :(

The store is amazing clean and tidy. Staff is very helpful and friendly they have a cafe inside which makes incredible coffee.

A tad expensive but beautiful and tasty food. Love their bakery my Saturday treat once a month!Busy and car park full at weekends. Look out for the yellow stickers on their reduced items. Good service and good selection.
