Mcdonald's Restaurants in Sandwell

Very pleased by the service around here! The food was amazing and i’m looking forward to visit this place again! 10/10

IF YOU ORDER TO TAKE AWAY ALWAYS CHECK EACH ITEM.TWICE I HAVE ORDERED HAPPY MEAL ONLY TO GET HOME AND FIND NO CHIPS. TAKEAWAY=RECHECK ITEMS.

Over 14 years this McDonald’s has been terrible at cooking food, that I’m sure comes with instructions, this is a black owned business, I’m highlighting this fact, because Westbromwich has a wealth of independent black owned business non of which has the support of a world wide brand. Just don’t eat from there.

Save yourself the hassle and disappointment and just go to greatbridge restaurant instead.On 2 occasions the food I've ordered and waited for has suddenly not been available and I've just walked away with refunds instead. Great way to waste my lunch breaks at work!!Can't understand why you take orders if you can't supply the food🤷🏼‍♂️

Staff always miserable and food often cold.... also not their fault but I don't feel safe in there these days either.

Horrendous service. Waited forever, there was no ice in my drink and I was given the wrong burger. To cap it off, the taps in the WCs did not work so I was left with soapy hands and nowhere to dry them. Furthermore, the manager was treating the staff terribly because the system was down and she was losing her cool. Never again.

I m standing there no one using gloves and handling food spotted one food handler take muffins out the oven wiped her hands on her trousers then went back to handling food beware of tummy bugs with this place

The staff seem over their head when its busy.. today I witnessed when staff calling numbers to the customers 62 74 etc 2 lads was going and collecting food after a couple or so call outs when it wasnt their order staff wasnt checking receipts. 2 times I've had my burger cold and the chips was half full at best.

Went Sunday said open 7am got thr 945pm all staff inside walking about standing by door no one said anything so waited till 10.03pm by door again everyone at front by desk just looking at me so I signal through window u open the women who looked in charge of rest just said no 😡won't b useing that again an absolute joke

I popped into McDonald's about 4pm and placed an order via an ordering and payment station. I ordered 10 items from the McDonald's menu and paid with my card 💳. The order was a little slow proberly because my order must have been large to them. People who ordered one or two items were served faster.
