Mcdonalds great bridge west bromwwich in Sandwell

Rarely is my order ever right when ordering online there’s always something missing (if not a whole meal) so today decided to sit in traffic and go fetch one myself for my kids, once ordered and paid the collection window gave me 3 out 4 drinks and was told to go park up and the rest of my order will be brought out to me didn’t expect to sit in a car park for 25 minutes for two happy meals and a chicken legend meal (which was cold as the ice in the non existent drink)-also forgot to bring out to me… place needs new management that knows what there doing and a new system for your orders to be brought to you at the same time whole and warm

I’ve been to aFew of McDonald’s franchises but this is the best purely because of the welcome and customer service. It was raining hard and the cleaner asked if I wasOk when I walked in. Then when I had problems with the machine TWO (yes!) TWO staff helped. Plus the food was hot. Well done them!!

Worked here for a couple of months. Firstly, the Uber eats drivers come to pick up a order we are told to tell them it has been cancelled or our Uber app is down when it’s completely fine they just can’t be asked to put the food in bags and hand them to the drivers SO DRIVERS BE AWARE DO NOT COME AT NIGHT SHIFTS HOURS YOU WILL JUST WASTE YOUR FUEL DRIVING THERE AND BE TOLD THE ORDER IS CANCELLED!!Secondly, the fryers are rarely cleaned we are paid minimum wage and I wonder why it’s because McDonald’s are stingy. I’m very happy I left this place ITS A SHAME PEOPLE CAN’T DO THEIR JOBS PROPERLY.***DOG WORK!!

Absolutely disgusted. The food came out cold and nuggets were hard even though I ordered 3 happy meals for the kids. My 2 year old couldn't even bite into it. The big mac meals weren't cooked properly. The staff need to learn some customer service cause its disgusting the way they speak to you. We waited 35 minutes for our order after paying through drive through which I still ended up going inside to take the food back that was cold. The second lot of food wasn't much good either. Not to mention it made us all bad. Never eatting there again.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive through. Ordered a large order,Paid was told to go to the second window witch then was told the payment was declined but they don't have a payment machine at the second window and to drive through the whole queuing and drive through again!So I went inside to pay and was told that my order was removed And Togo through the drive through again or reorder on the machine!Super unhelpful manger. Presume she's Just come from the job centre or something but her customer service skills are 0.

I ordered a bunch of burger but its one bloody thing that they wont simply learn, ill attach a picture bellow so you can see what they consider extra onion, extra fresh onion, extra lettuce and extra shreded letuce. Not only that but they put bloody 16 burgers in a small bag. All of them are messed up. Not only that but i was missing items as well. 14 Jan 22 at 10:30 pm. Whoever was making the burgs and packing them needs to get sacked.

Can't get through to complain that my cheeseburger was that cold the cheese hadn't melted. Tasteless. Was worried about food poisoning so dumped it in my bin. What a waste. Now if they had of answered their phone I wouldn't be writing this. Ordered from Just Eat....Can't get through to them either. If your a manager of this store please feel ashamed. Merry Xmas

Somebody was a bit sadistic, this is a cold double cheeseburger with a rock hard seeded bun. What the heck? This isn't the first I've came here and had really poor service. Staff can be chatty and slow but this varies a lot as there seems to be new workers all the time! One at All Saints isn't any better...
