Brilliant local chippy, been coming here a few years and it's always as good as the last time. Staff are a great laugh too!

Really good fish and chips but delivery forgot the bottle of coke and curry sauce (which is essential)

I always use this fish shop, pleasant owners and good service. I was pleased that everyone using the shop were covid conscious.

I am SHOCKED BEYOND BELIEF.I have been coming to this chippy for several years, the staff were always great etc and the food decent. Today 8th of june 2021, i order food and i clocked the man drop part of my food on the floor / a "plastic bag" on the floor or shelf apparently and he was trying to sneakily put back in my food, i COULDN'T BELIEVE IT. I pretended i didnt see to start with.Had he been honest and told me to wait, he has to make another one i would of been patient and waited.When confronted, he tried to justify it. I am sooooo shocked and disappointed, I HATE writing bad reviews, but it was the fact he was trying to justify it instead of apologising, which he didn't even apologise. Very disappointed man.Sorry, but you won't be seeing me ever again.

From sampling fish and chips in 4 counties. Harry Ramsden's, Whitby's (Catcliffe, Sheffield) and Fishy Moores (Coventry) This place is one of the best.

I lived on Perryhill Road for 7 years. Only used this Chip Shop as a last resort. Staff were nice enough but the food pretty average at best.

Great traditional fish and chip shop. Lovely owners and staff and excellent chips. Does full range of chip shop classics as well as kebabs and other dishes.

Always pleasant service, good portion sizes and a decent selection of offers on all the time, mini-fish and chips with curry sauce in a tray or chicken kebab meat with chips in a tray are my favourites and have a crafty potato scallop while you wait....
