Nando's in Sandwell

Fantastic place to eat. Overall a great place for eating periperi & grill. Environment is okay. Food is halal here. So muslim can visit too.

Went for a family meal, we all enjoyed the food and staff were polite

Not a great fan of Nandos at the best of times, however, my family said give it a chance, so I did and what a disappointment, not necessarily because of the food, but because of the rude chef who tried to size up with my husband because they got the order wrong and didn't like the fact it was sent back. Came out to confront him with the sent back piece of chicken in his hand, still not quite sure what point he was trying to make there🤔.It took 2 people to bring 3 plates of food and they still forgot our cutlery, then we had to wait for 5 mins for that to arrive before we could eat. Food became slightly cold in the meantime, in addition to that the restaurant was freezing❄️ customers had jackets on. We were so cold after eating our 'hot meal' we had we to visit Costa afterwards just to warm up, who were much more gracious hosts as well as providing a much better service. So yeah, don't think I'll be visiting Nandos again and definitely not the West Brom Branch.

Ordered a quarter chicken. I specifically asked for a leg piece but they brought a breast and wing! They told me they would replace it straight away. They left the side with me which just went cold. Chef came to the table with the chicken breast we had just sent back. Acting smart, rude & patronising trying to say "we call it a leg piece not a leg and theigh" . The rest of the staff were helpful and polite. I not sure why the chef would leave his station to emphasise his point!! There was 3 of us and it was a dead experience.Also you need to turn the heating on / up as people were sitting down in their coats and the food went cold very quicklyWasn't a good experience at all. I normally give at least a 3 star feed back but this was definitely a 1 starWe spent £26.25 and I feel I was robbed

My family and I love Nando's, we usually go once a week because of the atmosphere and delicious food but I have to say, first time visiting Nandos West Brom and the customer service is just appalling!!!! I've been brought the starters, without cutlery on the table no drinks, I had to ask a waiter to please give me some cutlery, which he apparently ignored because I had to ask another waitress named Charlotte (who I've noticed was one the few working so hard, doing many things at the time and seemed overwhelmed but still very polite) whilst there were 2 rude blondes just talking to each other or using their phones. The whole experience was just terrible, except by this nice waitress Charlotte! They definitely need more like her in that place!

We ordered a large spicy rice for 5.65 (approx) and the box was half full. The amount you'd get for a regular at half the price! No sauces provided either. Will no longer order online from Nandos as this isn't the first time portions have been half the size they should be.

Where to start? 45 minute wait said the man at the door. Not a problem in itself as I had some shopping to do anyway. When notified my table was ready we were shown to our table. Wife went to the counter with our order. Drinks came quick but the food took 45 minutes to get to us and wasn't particularly warm. During the wait, my son went to use the toilet to find there was no loo roll so had to use Nando's napkins to wipe away if you get my drift! Not sure I'll be revisiting anytime soon until standards improve.

Not the usual Nandos experience.Things are sticky, grime on floors and seats.Wasn't a comfortable and definitely not a hygienic experience.Wouldn't return to this Nandos again.Nandos is amazing, but this branch needs some serious help in terms of cleaning.

Fantastic lively place with friendly staff. Visited a few times. So far so good. Healthy menu and always served at the right temperature. Impressive.

Possibly the worst nandos I’ve ever been to in my life. We were seated straight away there was no wait time as the restaurant wasn’t that busy but what came after was shocking. Ordered our food and waited over an HOUR for it. People who came after us received their food before us so it was clear that there was a fault somewhere in the kitchen or front of house. Asked the staff on several occasions how long it will be all we got back was “5 minutes” or “it’s almost done” and we had to ask the staff, they just left us to sit there with no customer service from them whatsoever, if the food is going to be late or there’s a faulty, INFORM the customer. Finally the food came out, nothing was wrong with the food, it’s nandos their food is delicious, however Didnt receive our halloumi sticks (bearing in mind waited over an hour for mains) asked the staff it’s missing and were halfway in our mains and still no sign of the halloumi sticks, asked her again only to be told she “forgot to ask” so it finally came out at the end of our meal but was there any point? Asked several times for a staff member to come over for necessities we need or water/refillable drink since we can’t get up and go due to covid but they either walked away or said they’ll come and didnt.Staff definitely need training on their customer service here. Overall experience here was negative and won’t be coming back with family. There are so many nandos in Birmingham with better service and this is one that need improvement.
