Neelam's Kebab House in Sandwell

Ordered a delivery for the first time but food was missing. Phoned up the takeaway and was told i didn't order, the lanky old guy came out with so many excuses. Even the food that turned up was burned and had a horrible smell. This place was so much better before these new owner's took over. Never again even if they offered me free food !

Not as good as it used to be,staff can't keep up with orders and are very unorganised.

Rang new years eve as had forgotten samosas, needed 25, told 'no problem', ready in 20 minutes. Got there 20 mins later, they were just finishing cooking. I didn't get to have one on the night, they were that nice they were eaten within minutes of being put on the table. I recommend.

I ordered from Neelams in bearwood. I requested for a thick base. When it came it was a very thin base... every slice that was taken was breaking in between. The pizza was soggy and floppy. Chicken tikka and whole grilled chicken with cheesy naan 👍Came with complementary yogurt and mint dips, sweet chilli dips, chips and salad.All came to around 14 pounds delivered.Always hot and fresh with good portion sizes and they have really friendly customer service. Would definitely recommend neelams and to try the grilled chicken.

i cant understand why people write so low class reviews about this famous bearwood landmark,mouthwatering full of taste the food is remarkable...Don't go with the reviews this place has to be tried......brilliant.!!!!!

Excellent food. Friendly customer service. Open till late. A perfect grill and fast food.
