No.1 Pizza in Sandwell

Whenever I don't feel like cooking this my go to. The pizza is awesome! It is a bit greasy although if you're having pizza you're not eating it because you wanna be healthy let's be real! I recommend margherita and the veggie pizza.

Always we have nice experience with No 1 pizza

Ordered the fourth time today and they have messed up the order it is an absolute joke!! It's ridiculous customer service each time they give false promises all the time.. This is the last time me or family will be ordering from here again!!

Went to the Stourbridge store and asked for the daily deal and was refused saying 1st old menu then delivery only and when I pointed out that it was collection shrugged his shoulders and charged me £3.99.When I got the pizza and took it to work I took one slice and most the rest of the toppings came with it. Very tasteless and poorly made.Used to be fantastic but new staff poorly trained

My wife called yesterday to order pizza for my kids, she asked the guy on the phone which deal he would recommend, he started to raise his voice and shouting. I’m so shocked as we been ordering pizza from them for years, left my wife shaken. When I called the shop he started to tell me my wife started swearing at him, I told him your lying and started to raise his voice at me. I told him his behaviour was disgusting and he should be ashamed of himself. He always started to threaten me saying he knows where we live. Absolutely disgusting man. Will never be using them again.

Very disgusting service he shouldn't be able to run a business. He doesn't know how to respect a women let alone a customer. He is really bringing down the name of the franchise and should be given feedback. I rang to put an order in and the person on the phone was from second I spoke to him. I would not recommend this to anyone based on customer service

Disgusting customer service, order was over 20 minutes late swearing at the customers in the shop and on the phone. When questioned he raised his voice and had an argument with me and the others waiting in the shop. Absolutely disgraceful.

Very disappointed with the service! We have used this pizza shop for the past 8 years but recently the staff have been very rude and our orders are being delivered wrong! When contacting them regarding the order the person we spoke to asked why we keep using them if they keep messing up the orders!! Very u professionals and rude towards us as loyal customers! We will defiantly not be using them again!!

As always, the best pizzas 🍕 in West Bromwich.

Terrible food, I would not eat here again. The food came, I was quite excited but when I tried it, the flavour was absolutely abhorrent, it made me wish I was dead, or that I was in some kind of sick and convoluted dream. It is absolutely unacceptable aliment and a consummate waste of time to even consider eating from here. I am thoroughly revolted and I have no respect at all for this restaurant. You are plenary cretins if you believe that this restaurant is even decent, if anyone disaccords with my opinion you can go to hell. Also, don't order from this restaurant because it gave me crippling sclerosis.
