Did not accept order was waiting for 10 minutes so had to cancel

·

food is below average , chips have gone downhill, service could be improved, prices are on the up, was ok before but not now.

·

This fish and chip shop used to be excellent as previous my review 4 years ago but unfortunately change of hands means it's gone right down hill, chips looked and tasted like two day old re-heats, mixed kebab in a pitta more like a grease ball with only a tiny amount of chicken and the rest being doner meat...Avoid at all costs.

·

Disgusting cold chips the sausage was like it been sat their a week when phones I had the phone put down on me and didn't answer to the their attitude is bad pure rude I defo won't be attending again

·

Chips tasted like they had been reheated and the chicken kebab meat was full of gristle and undercooked gave my Mrs a bad stomach

·

The owner is clearly not there anymore. This was my favourite chippy. This is the 2nd time I’ve gone there and revived cold food and hard stale kebab. I would not be returning!!!

·

very disappointed with food, chips were cold like wooden chop sticks, lamb donner kebab seemed like it had seen better days, wouldn’t say avoid, but would suggest to ask for fresh food to be made on order regardless of waiting..

·

Used to be the best chippy around since its been took over its gone down hill small over cooked portions and big prices

·

When they first opened the chips were always fresh and tasty. But recently, after 2 bad experiences of the food tasting vile, disgusting and dry, I will never buy food here again .

Updated review after a few teething problems this chippy is getting the standard higher. However I understand prices have gone up due to covid and brexit. But putting up kebab and chips by £1 is taking the mic. Your place was very good value for the price, however I have started going to other chipys which I think are better. Just to note others haven't put there prices up. I'm not impressed. Look at your competitors down the road and see the ques. Do something about it.
