Pepe's Piri Piri in Sandwell

Worst experience ever never going again. Rude staff and don't know how to talk or deal with there customers. Chicken wings were really dry and chewy and the food takes so much time to come.

Awful food. Quality is dreadful gave my son food poisoning and they never bothered to offer an apology let alone refund. Avoid

This is the second time I have had absolutely outstanding service from Jessica the store manager. Absolute star! We were having trouble with the website and Jessica dealt with everything over the phone and went above and beyond. Thank you Jessica this is much appreciated.

Staff were nice and efficient, food came fast and hot, however the quality of the meal, in terms of how well it was cooked was a little disappointing a little too chewy for my opinion, flavours were nice. They forgot to place my drink in the bag for takeout so missed out on that.

Firstly, I ordered full main meals to which I got the equivalent of kids mini burgers despite paying more than £8 per meal. Secondly, the kids meals which they advertise as including a toy (which is important for the kid) does not include it. When I called, the lady told me that they don't even sell them in the store. Thirdly, the drinks that were sent were not the ones we ordered. Similar to another review I have read, they just gave out Pepsi. When I told her we ordered different drinks, again she gave me the same response that they don't have them. I told him to deliver different drinks and only then did they deliver a kids activity. They advertise things which they do not sell and do not even call to ask what you would like instead, they act on their basis and give you whatever they want. Overall, portion sizes are all kids meals, the kids meal was 3 chicken nuggets and a bag of fries and you don't get what you order.

Very unserious counter table staff. I had to remind them of the details of my order multiple times after payment because they were having a non work related chit-chat.

The worst order/delivery I’ve ever made. Ordered two burger meals which arrived over 2 hours late, the chips were stale and tasted disgusting. Had items missing when I paid extra for them (sauce and cheese). When I tried to contact the restaurant it went straight to voicemail so I was stuck. Finally the drinks that I requested were totally wrong and they just gave Pepsi. Absolutely disgusting! I should just stick to the local soho road one.

Ordered the food two hours ago and have had no delivery notifications through ubereats. There is no way to get through to the restaurant as it keeps saying mailbox is full. Absolute worst customer service, gone 1 hour on top of delivery time provided! The food arrived stale and cold and wasn’t worth eating. Provided the wrong drinks too and missed the PAID dips. Do not order from here.

The food was amazing and probably the best wings I've ever eat I will come back again soon.

I ordered twice from there, it honestly was the best chicken I've eaten. Cooked to perfection, the extreme option was nicely hot, and family members really enjoyed the lemon and herbs flavour. I would've added pictures, but we started digging into it right away!
